What a fantastic experience! Everyone was incredibly gracious and helpful. Our waiter Matthew was attentive and knowledgable. Nice slow easy pace between courses, never felt rushed. The food was divine, we had the Sunflower Hummus ( both of us agreed it was the best we have ever had), also had the Sea bass and salmon. We did mention early that we were there for her birthday and they brought out her dessert with little chocolate Happy Birthday sign and a candle. Great touch!

My son and I have celebrated my birthday at JG SkyHigh every year since it opened in 2019. It's been one of our favorite traditions, and I've referred many friends and family over the years. Unfortunately, this year's experience didn't live up to what we've come to love and expect. Even with a reservation, we waited about 15 minutes to be seated. It took 45 minutes before our waiter took our food order, and another server had to step in to take our drink order. My cocktail took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, and the food took about the same. Once our meals were served, no one checked on us during the rest of dinner, and we had to ask other staff members several times to find our waiter. The appetizers were delicious, but the main courses were disappointing. I truly hope this was just an off night, because JG SkyHigh has always been a place I've enjoyed and proudly recommended. I'd love to see the service and food return to the level of excellence that originally made it so special.

The fantastic view overlooking the city could not compensate for the nearly 30-minute wait for four simple drinks to start the evening. The menu is varied, and the food was very good, but we were surprised by how long it took to receive our drinks at a restaurant that appeared to be only moderately crowded.

I took my daughter out to eat before we went to a Ludovico concert at the Met. We didn't know what to expect. It was our first time and our reservation was at 4 PM. Before 5 PM the only menu they have is a light menu. We got cheeseburgers l, fries, and wagyu cheesesteak egg rolls. The service was very good and friendly. The food was excellent, especially the cheesesteak egg rolls. We got a seat near the window, which was really beautiful and the overall experience was excellent. Of course the price is a little higher, but for us it was worth it.

I've been here before for cocktails was looking forward to a brunch experience, and although the view is amazing, it was very pricey for such a little bit offered. The food was decent enough, but definitely not worth the price but the dessert table was amazing. 
Everything was perfect except for rather loud like 2000's hip hop being the theme of music played during what otherwise would have been an elegant experience.
