Used to walk here from Poplar St. back in 2015 when the place was still named "La Calaca Feliz." At that time, my favorite dish was the Chorizo Tacos and I'd usually get a margaritas. I'm sure the menu and location has changed a bit in 9 years, but I owe this place a review due to all the good times.

We went for happy hour and sat at the bar. The nachos are out of this world! Try the spicy margarita, it was delicious. We got a pitcher of regular margaritas and they were only ok, but staff was nice, the food was good and the atmosphere was great.

Food was very mediocre. The vegetarian enchiladas have no flavor and were completely mushy. And the service was lackadaisical. We actually had to ask the waitress to bus the table. When she brought desert And she only took one plate.Won't be

If you are looking for a cozy, charming, and off the charts amazing Mexican food neighborhood restaurant, this is it! The chef is so talented and so passionate about making the highest quality, incredibly delicious food! He takes such pride in his work, he will prepare anything you want, even if it’s not on the menu! The food is fresh, super healthy, and along with everything I have eaten and enjoyed there, their tortilla chips are homemade daily and are the best I’ve ever had anywhere! If I could give them 100 stars I would, this place is an absolute must!Vegetarian options: Again, the chef will accommodate anyone’s dietary restrictions, that includes any vegetarian needsDietary restrictions: The chef will special make anything you’d like to accommodate any dietary restrictionsKid-friendliness: They have an adorable kids, friendly menuWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for anyone in a wheelchair

If you are craving for good Mexican food, this can be your pick. This place has a nice ambiance, excellent food and good service. If you are visiting on weekends, do make a reservation prior to your visit as this place can have a wait time of up to 30 minutes. I have been to this place twice and it was packed.Tried their Nachos for starters along with three chilli margarita. Their Nachos are really good, I preferred them over guacamole and wasn’t disappointed.I also had Baja fish tacos, I recommend it if you are looking for options in taco at this place. Don’t miss out on Chocolate Budino in dessert, if you like sweet and salty dessert. It was like pudding with smooth consistency topped with cracker crust.Ambiance was good, street parking was available at night however that could be a problem depending on time of the day. Accessibility can be an issue as the restaurant and seating place had elevation.Recommendation: Nachos, Three Chilli Margarita and Chocolate Budino.

Great Tacos! Great flavor, BIG mouth-watering portions and well worth the price. If you are looking for somewhere that has good portions, great service and great flavor this is the place for you. I'm A Big taco fan and I live very close I find myself coming back here. It's a very quick service! The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, the food is delicious.

The food was okay but everything else was less than okay. The service was terrible (it was the Saturday after Valentine’s Day, so maybe that is an excuse). The atmosphere in the enclosed patio was terrible for dinner - it was so bright in there, weird temperature, and you were sat on top of the table next to you. Again, it was the weekend after VDay but I’m not sure that makes a difference. I will say the Ft Washington location was a 10/10 - highly recommend!

Away on a Girls Weekend and could not have found a more wonderful place. There was a homey feel right away. DJ and Nina did a wonderful job of making us feel immediately at ease upon checking in for our reservation. We were seated in the outdoor area and the staff immediately accommodated our needs. The chips came out fresh, the flavors were complex, and Shawn was a phenomenal server. Cantina Feliz made us leaving feliz
