Ordered a cuban a chimi and was told 20-25 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later, the chimi was ok (used to be better some years ago) but the cubano had no mustard, no pickles, and I’m pretty sure a different type of cheese. It just did not taste like it should. They are very big, heavy sandwiches but honestly not worth the wait time.

We ordered three Cuban sandwiches simple enough order. I received three sandwiches with lettuce tomato pernil ham and salami. That is not a cuban. A Cuban sandwich has pernil ham Swiss cheese mustard and pickles. I live too far to come back in exchange a sandwiches then they want to give you attitude on the phone because the chef said he made it right

The samwish did not have meat, we paid for a bistrami, and it seems that I paid only for an old lettuce samwish.

Yesterday afternoon a friend and I went and ordered two chicken Chili's, the first thing is that it took almost an hour to serve us the sandwiches, on two occasions we went to the kitchen to complain about the time, the cook was busy working with another and he even gave us a bad face when we complained, after almost an hour they gave us the sandwiches and that's when the final blow came when we left and stopped at the house to eat them, what a rubbish sandwich, we asked for mayonnaise, butter, mustard, oil, garlic and pepper, it didn't have any of that, a completely dry sandwich without any flavor, the only flavor I perceived was that of the bread, very poor quality of the sandwich and very bad attention from the cook, because even the cashiers caught his attention because of time and he didn't pay attention to them, the great thing about the case is that the person he did that to was a cook who has worked making sandwiches for more than 10 years. I will never return, he advised the owners and managers that. Ambien or reprimand that cook because it is going to hurt your business and the prestige you have until now!
