This was our favorite place to have a great Italian meal. It started with our server flossing her teeth then approaching our table. We informed her we saw this and she stapped back I washed my hands. Sure you did. This time we had horrible services, wrong items delivered and had to be reordered. The served argued with us. She never ask us for drink orders the whole meal. The manager gave us a glass of wine each.

They have the most delicious authentic Italian food! Coming from a Italian family its hard to find a good pasta/meatballs out. I'm a bit of a meatball snob and they are just like my grandmoms (and that's a impossible task) everything was so good. Highly recommended if your in the area stop in, you wont be disappointed.

Wonderful food. Lovely lunch menu, which is just the right sized portions for the older generation. The below price is with coffee, dessert, and 20 % tio.

Parking: The restaurant is in strip mall, so parking is tight.

This is one of those places that coasts on the nostalgia of its customers. The food is basic and not well done. The toilet flooded onto my shoes when someone else flushed. Apparently this is a frequent problem because the other stores in the strip mall frequently allow diners to use their toilets. The decor looks unchanged from the late 80's early 90s. The staff and owner were unhelpful and unsympathetic to the bathroom problem.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Unless of course you enjoy a side of sewer water with your poorly cooked salmon.

This restaurant came recommended to us for a funeral luncheon. They advertised to be able to accommodate 120 people, and said they did not need a “true count” until the day of.2 people called and told them we were coming and would be approximately 90-100 people. The bathrooms were broken upon our arrival. No sign, no one said anything. I walked into the restroom, and there was sewage water ALL OVER THE FLOOR.Our guests had to find other bathrooms in the shopping center to relieve themselves. The owner did not once come out to apologize, check on us, or ask how everything was.Instead, my father had to ASK to speak to him about the bill. The owner made nothing but excuses and was highly reluctant to give my family any kind of discount, even though there was no bathrooms, 20 of our guests had to leave before the main course was served, AND no one ate dessert (included in the price) because the whole thing took 3 hours.I feel we were taken advantage of in a time of grieving. I understand certain things happen, but take some responsibility for your paying costumes, and stop making excuses.Beyond disappointing.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this restaurant when we booked it for the funeral lunch when my mom died. The bathrooms were broken for the entire time we were there (a party of 95 people). The plumber did not arrive until three hours later as we were leaving. The staff did not put a sign on the door until I asked them to, at which point several people had used the bathroom and had the toilets back up into the floor. Disgusting. They were short staffed, which happens. However, they did not even serve bread until we had been sitting there for 45 minutes. The soup course arrived when we had been sitting more than an hour. The entire lunch took so long (three full hours) that most of our out of town guests had to LEAVE before the main course was served. Additionally, no one stayed for the dessert (which we were still forced to pay for) because we had been there for three hours. All of this could still have been salvaged if anyone who worked there had apologized at any point. Instead, the owner came out of the kitchen to give my dad a full price bill, and then was extremely rude to him.The owner claimed, both to my dad and later to the funeral director, that "there was nothing he could do."Actually, he could have:1) come out to apologize at the outset for the bathroom situation and being down a server2) served bread and soup immediately, and asked for patience for the main course3) instead of waiting three hours for the plumber, called multiple other plumbers to find someone who could come immediately4) offered a discount upfront for the terrible experience we hadInstead, the owner's rudeness and attitude (not the circumstance alone) made one of the worst days of my life, even worse.
