placed an order for delivery an hour goes by I call to see what’s going on bc it’s taking soo long! they put my order in for pick up even though I paid over the phone with a card & left a tip. Asked nicely if they could bring my food an hour later because I been waiting! lady on the phone argued with me saying I have to pay 4 dollar delivery charge & I told her nvm refund me the money I don’t even want that cold ass food now. 30 mins go by it’s 12am at this point someone comes banging on my door and they ended up sending my food to my house. Food was cold & everything was soggy. I dont recommend this place it’s legit an issue every single time I call an order the people who run it are extremely unprofessional and nobody can properly take an order right here ever. My last time ordering from here . Highly don’t recommend this place!

Best slices under the Ave no matter where you go to Frankford terminal or Erie torresdale the best slices are at La casa they have the biggest and best slices that are worth the money 3 slices for 5$ I have legit been to every place under the Ave and through the area of Kensington and harrowgate they absolutely have the best slices known under the L regardless The Price is Right The taste is perfect and I will never go to another place other than la casa for a slice la casa is full of flavor perfect in size and phenomenal in flavor I'll never go to another place first slice in Harrogate or Kensington other than la casa

Ordered food at 7:40pm didn’t get my food until 9:40pm and it was missing a pizza I called the store to see if I can get a discount and the owner he was very rude and was screaming into the phone gave me 13$ off my order and tells me someone will be dropping off my other pizza never got my second pizza ( my food that did get delivered was cold and hard)

The customer service is really bad ignorant and rude if you called they are again ignored and rude the girls that pick up the phones are no good they use too profanity to the guess. They like to yell a lot very unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never order from la casa ever again…..

On several occasions I have ordered and everything was fine but today I ordered a pizza and nothing to do with it. The pizza they gave me was cold and it was not what I ordered. The pizza was as if it had been taken out of the refrigerator and the receipt had the information of another customer. Too bad I won't buy anything else again.🤨
