Coffee is very nice, nice scone , but the male Team member is so rude and needs a course on how to deal with the general public. Customer service let's this place down.

Very friendly people and tasty coffee
Terrible service, overpriced, and the canned lattes taste like bubble gum from the newer recipe. Not worth it on general but specifically not this place. Could use new management, imo.

While on vacation, we were looking for a place to refresh ourselves. We ordered two iced coffees. The best of the best! Their coffees are excellent. Prices not excessive. And the very friendly welcome. I recommend 100%!

We stopped in quickly to rest and rehydrate after a long walking tour, and the staff member, Angeli, was the absolute sweetest! She gave us large cups of complimentary water and let us sit at the coffee bar to recuperate. Thank you for her 5-star customer service and kind personality! It was such a treat to wrap up my first visit to Philly. I will definitely be back someday to try the coffee!

Visited about a month ago, the place is perfect for getting a couple of hours of remote work done--located right next to all the historical buildings of the city center, with good internet connection, nice ambiance for taking a few calls, and tasty food for brunch. Also, great service!
