Rusty was wonderful! I had a mishap with tipping, and he was nice enough to fix the problem for me without making me feel bad about it. In fact, he was downright kind.

This place was okay, the service was okay, the coffee cake muffin was dry and tasted old while the oat milk they used tasted off. I would be willing to try something different from the menu but I’d be hesitant to return.

In what was perhaps the most bizzare turn of events today, there was a young man in a suit who had lost his wallet; who ended up at the butt end of both commentary and treatment by one of the baristas.
I’ve been patronizing La Colombe for over a decade - it’s a little bizarre to see that kind of treatment, especially when someone is in duress. And honestly, it seemed to be more because he was dressed a certain way, which was rather professional.
Check out one of the other locations this one’s a little off.

I came here around 5pm on 7/31/25. There was a middle aged man and a woman with short hair that was both blonde and red working as baristas. Both people were insanely rude. This is also a coffee shop that doesn’t have wifi in 2025. I will never return to one of these franchises. I would appreciate a call from management.

Despite 6 employees there it took 15 minutes to get food, and no line. The stood around for 10 minutes before even starting order - big social fest for employees. Even manager was unhelpful. Keep going into terminal for better options and service.

Nice atmosphere and many tables. Coffee was solid.
I won't drink coffee from any other place in Center City. The atmosphere is friendly and the employees are always kind and welcoming!!!

It's affordable but sophisticated. Totally classy experience for the same price as Starbucks (but so much tastier)

I'm finally rating this spot, an all time fave. Always happening, very friendly and joyful really. The flavors are as fab as the aroma. The baristas & all staff are super nice, offer great suggestions when asked, and make my favorite macchiato. This morning was the only time I've been that's not packed, with a little wait time.

Over ten years ago I gave this place a 5 star. Now its changed to 1 because of the removal of Decaf coffee from their cafe's.

I was in search of a coffee spot while visiting Philly this past weekend and stumbled across this one. There were a line of ppl so I assumed it had to be good quality and I was right! I ordered a simple vanilla latte w/ half and half. Very delicious, it had the perfect amount of espresso to milk ratio. I would definitely recommend
