Hate the burnt smell of coffee around here.. cant even open the windows at night..

They pollute the entirety of the town they are located in….. every day I come home from work I have to shut my AC units off or close my windows because my entire house smells like burnt coffee fumes. My AC units are not able to filter the fumes…. It makes me very angry because my dog has nowhere to go while I’m at work and he needs the AC… Also walking around town is no longer enjoyable because it smells so bad around here. I used to like opening my window for fresh air but they have made it so I no longer know what fresh air even is. Shame on the company.

Isn’t the point of ordering directly from the roaster that you get fresh coffee? I ordered three bags from La Colombe and one bag said Roasted 5/26, one said Best By 10/22/22, and this bag of Afrique said best by 09/22/2022. Is that meaning that it is a full month older than my other bag? And why don’t all three bags include a Roast Date, as is the norm for third wave coffee roasters? Or is La Colombe just turning into a second wave replacement for Starbucks fans.

somewhat of a difficult place to park, especially for beginners, Loading times anywhere from 1 hr if the product is ready to 4-6 hrs, There is only 1 dock for loading, so its basically FCFS, if u want to be in and out make sure to get here first, also had 4 cancelled loads due to not enough product out of 10, so make sure to call and confirm before you get there,

The place to get your bulk or individual packages of carefully roasted, well blended, fair trade coffees. The Fishtown location for this "factory" cranks out quality products to the many locations in the city and ships to coffee connoisseurs everywhere.

I grew up around the corner, lived across the street from it with my sister and every day, chronic migraines every time we woke up, because of the smell, and yes the loud trucks coming in and out, and the dumpsters etc. It makes it's virtually unbearable to live next to, we moved but wish the best of luck in your business because I'm sure a lot of people love your coffee. Not all neighbors can be happy neighbors but all our local business's should grow.

I live across the street from the La Colombe coffee factory for past year I have been quiet bc I m not one that likes to complain but for God sake I got use to the nasty burnning smell when ther burn their beans and this little pale yellow particles fly all over and sometimes get in your eyes but to have the dumpster guy come everyday between 4:30-6:15 am and wake every neighbor every day is just p crazy!! LA COLOMBE Can you guys please do something about it or I ll call the proper consumer channels to se what can be done about it!! My son gets up at 6:30 am for school so to be woken up every day bc of that loud trash truck dropping the dumpster like is a wooden pallet is just nutz!! We support your business locally so please consider your neighbors and change that trash pick up to sufficient time bc some of us get up early and after all the loud noise we can't go back to sleep!!
