The bartender David makes the best drinks! We got the espresso martini and the la roca rita and both were fantastic.

This is a tough review... it seems they go through waves of staff, I dont know if it is change in students who come and go between semesters or something else.
I have had great experiences here and I've had awful experiences here. Ill only stop by if I recognize a decent staff when walking by. I feel the training is poor for new staff.
Food is hit or miss but is great most of the time. Decent agave selection if the bartenders or servers know what they are doing. 2 separate times I ordered a drink and it was the completely wrong drink. I feel the training is the big issue but when they have good staff its a great location.

Where do I start! We start off arriving at this wonderful establishment, it all went downhill from there. I was in a party of 8 and we had a terrible experience. Our food took years to come and they still forgot one plate, mine! My food arrived at least 30 mins after everyone else’s, but only because we asked where the heck it was. When my food finally arrived (with no apology or even acknowledgment of how late it was) the inside was filled with hard rice. When I addressed this with the amazing server she said “A chimichanga is fried so the insides get fried too”. I have NEVER heard of someone liking hard rice, and never have gotten that in my meal before. When my wonderful meal was FINALLY concluding, the server nicely gave us the opportunity to pay for the exquisite meal. She shoved the device in our face and made sure she saw exactly what tip she was getting. I was nice and still gave a 25% tip because I thought she still deserved money. Little did I know a 20% gratuity was added on already. So thank god the server swindled me into an amazing tip, just kidding she sucked. To conclude, NEVER GO HERE EVER PLEASE GO TO TACOBELL!
I almost forgot something! One of my friends I was with ordered a meal and added chicken to it, which on the menu stated 4 extra dollars. Then the bill came and it added on 12 dollars. When we asked the server she said the menu may be out of date. What a wonderful excuse, my friend should have known that.
Cute place during the day and great food- I recommend it more at night tho for the vibes

Went to grab a drink at 8:30 at night on a FRIDAY. Was told I couldn't order a drink unless I got food because they were closing early — mind you they were not closing for another 2.5 hours. Trash establishment, trash managers, trash place. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
Nothing about this visit went right. The online prices don’t match what they charge in person. The queso had that skin on top like it had been sitting and tasted like cheese whiz. None of our tacos were made correctly, and no one could explain what happened. No silverware was given, barely an apology, and the waiter clearly didn’t know the menu. On top of all that, an automatic 20% gratuity was added to the bill without any mention. Just a bad experience from start to finish.
Wow, where do I start? Loved paying more than the online prices — what a fun surprise! The “fresh” queso came with its own shiny film on top, so that was appetizing. Every single taco was wrong, but apparently no one there knew why or how. Silverware? Optional, I guess. Our server was completely lost, but at least they were consistent — everyone seemed equally clueless. 10/10 if you’re looking for confusion with a side of cold cheese whiz.
Best part of my night was an auto 20% tip was added to our bill. I can't wait to come back NOT!!!!!

This was a huge disappointment. The prices listed online were lower than what we were charged in the restaurant, which is misleading and the manager declined to honor the website prices. The queso came out with a film on top and tasted more like hot cheese whiz than real queso. None of our tacos were made correctly, and when we asked about it, the staff didn’t seem to know what went wrong. We also never received silverware until we asked, and our server didn’t seem familiar with the menu. Service was also super slow even though the place was empty. Totally unorganized and horrible experience. Will not come back.

I went there during their happy hour. I got their egg roll and gringo taco. To say it nicely it was the most basic taco I ever had even though it looked really nice. The egg roll tasted better than the tacco. Only good thing was service better than the food itself but then again they included 20% tip even it was just me (single person service) not even a group. I do not recommend this place for food even for happy hour.

I have been coming here for years. Never had a bad experience until 09/19. I was at the bar for a little while. I ordered a bite and some drinks then ordered a Crunchwrap to go. BIG MISTAKE. I was given my order and opened it before I left. All looked well until I got the food home. The cook completely burned the other side and of course this was not the side presented when opening the box. I really can't believe they served this BS knowing it was burnt. Nobody likes wasting money. Unacceptable.

It is hard for a bartender to stand out. But Frank has to be one of the most respectful and efficient workers I have ever seen! 10/10 if you are in Philly, pay this place a visit and ask for FRANK!

Overall had a great experience, the bartender Patrick was phenomenal with how well he made mixed drinks and regularly checked on how me and my wife were doing it felt like we've been coming here for years even though this was our first experience there. Definitely would recommend stopping by if you're looking for a new spot and ask for Pat!
