Loved our Sunday brunch here. Came here after trying Nemi (their sister restaurant) & thought everything was delicious. Great service for sure & the food was super good. Waffles & strawberry cream were not too sweet & perfect compliment to our other two dishes. Will return to Port Richmond soon.Vegetarian options: They can taylor your dish to be all veg.

Had a wonderful meal here last night. Can’t stop thinking about the mussels! Also had the empanadas which were honestly better than what I had on a recent trip to South America. The ragu was of a great portion to share after splitting 3 appetisers.Staff were super friendly and there’s a nice relaxed atmosphere about the place. Cocktails were also great.Really a bit of a sleeper hit over in Port Richmond, more people need to go here!

A cozy little Italian restaurant in the Port Richmond area. Very clean with a tasteful decor. The calamari was excellent, perfectly tender with just the right amount of spicy kick. Definitely top notch here. The mushroom pierogi were simply OK. I may be a bit picky here since I've grown up eating homemade. I make them from scratch and I've sampled pierogi all over Port Richmond. There are worse, there are better, so we can call these these middle of the road. The chicken was well seasoned and tasty. The garlic mash were also outstanding with all seasonings and flavors in perfect balance. The ribs were perfectly cooked, tender but not mushy. Very respectable and better than many I've had in the NE region of the country. My problem is that I've lived and traveled throughout the South and fancy the dry rubbed and smoked ribs of that region. Northern style ribs will rarely ever have that level of depth and complexity of flavor. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. If you're in the area, La Roma is worth a try.

New York Strip Steak and Sweet Potato Gnocchi were excellent. Creme Brule was light and delicious. Tried their new Raspberry Lemonade and would definitely recommend. Adele, our server, was attentive and personable. Recommend giving La Roma a try. You won't be disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and order a cucumber martini. Great drinks. The happy hour menu is a great deal. Food is always on point. My only complaint is that the wait for food can be a little long.

La Roma is our new favorite restaurant. It seems like every restaurant claims to have a casual atmosphere and incredible food at reasonable prices, but La Roma is the only one actually getting it right. The service is impeccable - the Chef often comes out to check on us, and there have been several times where they offer us a free round of drinks, a cocktail they're testing out, or a new menu item to try. A few of our favorites are the Concombre Martini, Espresso Martini, Arancini, Empanadas, Lobster Risotto, and the Bife. If they have any food specials available - get it! On Valentine's Day they had an Octopus appetizer, Scallop Entree and Ribeye Entree and all 3 were out of this world.

I’m a big foodie and have eaten at restaurants of all cuisines and price ranges in Philly. As a Port Richmond resident and big fan of La Roma’s sister restaurant Nemi, I was really excited when La Roma opened. My first meal there was excellent even right after they opened, and recently I went back a second time and had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Not only is the preparation spot on, the prices are extremely fair, and I’ve had flavors there that have surprised me, which takes a lot nowadays having dined across Philly for 20+ years. So happy to have La Roma in the neighborhood!

Super cool restaurant in Port Richmond, cool ambiance and good vibes I had thee Zona Roma which was an amazingly refreshing spirit so much that I ordered 2 they were great. Now the tagliatelle ragu wit the short ribs were awesome . And the 12 Oz pepper ny strip steak was massive and cooked to perfection medium rare. I plan on going back and trying everything on the menu . The beef empanadas with chimichurri was delectable. I recommend this fairly new spot to all those who love gd fd and cool vibes.5 out 5 .
