Based on reviews it doesn’t seem like anything is done about the service. The person making the food friendly and professional. Cashier when I ordered a macchiato which is on the menu entered a latte so I said nicely oh I wanted a macchiato. His response was this isn’t Starbucks we have lattes. I said I ordered based on the menu. The other cashier who I had in a previous trip and who is nice heard him and jumped to explain why they consider it a latte which is fine. I don’t frequent Starbucks and I usually just drink coffee unless I see macchiato because I’ve tried it and like them. If they don’t offer macchiato’s then it should be removed and if a customer should happen to order something posted on the menu when it’s not offered don’t be an ass because you don’t like your job or lack the ability to be professional.

This was my first time at this place. I loved the coffee and the avacado toasts. The thing that really bothered me was how the cashier behaved. At the time of placing the order, she mumbled something about the order being modified. When the coffee was left at the counter, and attempts were made to confirm if they were the right ones, they were answered but the tone was very rude and snappy.
I loved the food. Not sure if I am okay with this behavior. Very disappointed

If I could give ZERO stars I most definitely would. This was the WORST coffee house experience EVER! Incompetent and lazy employees who deliver wrong orders, under filled drinks, and burnt bagels. The prevailing attitude is apathetic and appalling. $20 for this crap. Their vendor's license should be revoked! Avoid this place!!

I would give the 1 guy who was working a solid 4 stars. But out of 4 people he was the only one working. Everyone else was standing around and talking. 20 people in line. 1 person doing all the coffee, all the food. 1 person just standing in front of the espresso machine making it impossible for him to make anything. I get the airport experience is different than the real deal, but this was unreal.
With that many workers at a place I have no idea how they can mess up almost every sandwich. It’s like their “line cooks” don’t even read the ticket. Everytime I come through here I never get the right sandwich order or they just totally ignore any customization to anything even if it’s an allergy… and I can’t do anything about it because I’m gone and already at my gate and I’m not walking back. But seriously this is my favorite chain but this one sucks and they’re not even friendly.

Horrible service. We waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before they even acknowledged us by sauntering up to the counter. We tried to order and were immediately met with a mumbled “we don’t have any” and then the cashier just walked away. The manager even came over to the cash register and just ignored us. Do not come here.
