every was soggy and salty the rice was old worst food i’ve ever had
This the worst experience ordering Spanish food. I’ve ever had. First off the customer service was terrible. Now i get it being a spanish restaurant they may or may not speak English. Okay Thats fine but to totally ignore and not even acknowledge my husband which is black who was picking up our order. When he arrived they totally disregarded him. When he approached the counter to pick up the order with the digital receipt in hand, They told him someone else picked up the order and that there was nothing that they could do. Not even a little bit of effort to find out who or how they let this happen. They then moved on to the next customer. So my husband said excuse me and requested to speak to the manager or someone in charge. They sent someone out who looked young and was very inexperienced and spoke no English at all so my husband spoke through his phone translator. Argued with them for almost a half hour and it took for him to call me on FaceTime to converse with them since i am Puerto Rican and speak a little Spanish and they than were still rude but told me the same thing about my order how they let someone else take it. At that point we just wanted a refund which they refused a refund so they agreed to make our order again. So my husband gets our food and brings it home mind you we only live 5-10 minutes away from the restaurant. When he arrived we unbagged and opened our platters. Secondly, We started to eat but noticed how the food was greasy and cold and not exactly what we ordered . I ordered the pernil (pork shoulder) with moro de gandules (rice with pigeo peas) I got the pernil but with plain white rice. My husband, He ordered Pollo al horno (baked chicken) with arroz blanco con habichuela (white rice with red beans on the side) they gave him pollo al guisado (stewed chicken) with white rice no beans. We ordered 2 rellenos de papas (beef potato balls) they were both cold like they were never cooked at all. The only thing that was good were our empanadas we ordered 2 chicken and 2 beef. The chicken was very good but the beef was very salty. Overall we were highly disappointed and unimpressed. We will not be ordering from there anymore. I hope this reaches someone and no one else has to experience this ever.
Where in the world do you go into a restaurant that has animals in there! There’s cats in there which climb all over the tables where customers eat! The restaurant needs to get remolded and get a deep clean! Also in the basement where they keep the food stored have rats, DISGUSTING!!!???

Good, it's not for nothing but the food is bad, the rice smells as if it had been stored 3 days ago, look, and the beans are super watery, horrible, the food couldn't even be eaten.
Delicious food.Definitely 5 star.
The best empanadas
Not good at all they have me what appeared to be old chicken hard rice just nasty food in my experience trashed the food and had pizza
AWFUL !! I MADE AN ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS AND THE RESTAURANT ACCORDING TO THEM THEY CANCELED THE ORDER BUT THEY WERE LIES MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND OBVIOUSLY IF I CANCELED IT THEY CHARGED MY BONE THEY CHARGED FOR A FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED. AT LEAST FOR UBER OR SOME OTHER APP NOOOOO ORDER BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Racially profiled.... I ask for mofongo she went to the back and asked the lady can she make it, then the lady asked who want it. The lady said some black dude (in Spanish) and didn't wanna make it for me. They didn't know I spoke Spanish cause I'm darkskin...
