Definitely an average bar. I appreciated them hosting this open mic. The service wasn't memorable or inviting. It was pretty obvious the open mic was just to create traffic for sales. Didn't feel like there was a deeper appreciation for the attendees. Just the sales. But as an establishment it was adequate service. Nothing stand out. Good drinks, good food, basic bar 🍸

This place will be on Bar Rescue in the very near future! Beer lines are cross contaminated. Could not even make a basic whiskey sour. The coke was flat in a rum & coke. Bartenders need a personality and a lot of training. Stay away at least 500 feet.

I went to this location last Saturday. The margarita that I ordered was good. But the food wasn't. It was $17 for a sampler which contained a few fries, boneless chicken wings(really was just very salty nuggets), and a couple of mozzarella sticks. The people behind the bar were not friendly at all.

Atmosphere of guys with MBAs made me feel frightened, bartender, when asked for a twisted tea (which they don’t have - fair enough!) straight up did not offer an alternative and walked away. Design was nice though.

My hubby and I stopped here on whim Saturday night after eating an amazing meal at Del Friscos. Although we were over dressed as it was St Patrick's day weekend and jeans/green cute shirts everywhere. The bartender ( think it was Mike) made us feel welcome and even made us giggle asking what brought us in that night. He made me such a delicious pineapple martini that I asked for a 2nd he asked if I trusted him to make it better and he DID! Thank you so much for that, it now will be the way i ask them to be made. We will be back for the music/drinks sometime soon, just will skip St Patrick's weekend as we are in our 40's. Lol

Stopped for a drink after the Super Bowl Parade. The place was packed, yet the bouncers, servers, and staff did a wonderful job. So much fun we stayed for another drink.

Randomly stopped by Ladder 15 while seeking out a place to have a quick bite and some drinks during marathon weekend. So glad that it wasn't packed or heavily delayed like some of the other restaurants around because we'd walked away from 3 in search of sustenance. Were welcomed and seated right away by the kindest waitress ever, Camille. This is mainly a sports bar so we were in the middle of some intense Ohio college football fans watching a game but even with their energy and chants everything was chill and nice. Drinks are reasonably priced and good and the food was 👍🏾. Was told that they'd just changed their menu but the kitchen still made me an order of nachos which was delicious and I think should be added back. All in all a cool place to visit. Ladies, no hot firefighters were present so don't go in with that fantastic hope given the name...lol.

Great bar. Had a company event here. Steve is the man - he went above and beyond as a bartender. Great environment. Great time. And at the main bar - Andy is the man. On the spot anytime I needed a drink. And don’t sleep on Terri. She is a GREAT bartender
