Worst experience in my 67 year life. Sat at the bar, waited 20 minutes to be served (and only was when the manager appeared), ate, waited 30 minutes for the Phillies game to be put on (and once again, only when the manager appeared.Ok, they have a 20% service fee (for what?), and yes it is on the menu (but in very small print at the bottom, you know, like the bottom line of the chart when taking an eye exam). An then, while discussing it with the bartender, being berated by his friends at the bar and being threatened with violence.Only white person in the place, so that might have been the problem.

Good atmosphere. Great food and drinks. Fair service was one step from bad. Made reservations before coming. Was seated promptly, but after 30 minutes, a waiter / waitress never came to our table. Had to request for service. Finally, a waitress came to our table. She was unapologetic and dismissive. It is more than likely because the gratuity is already included in the bill, so she more than likely felt that she didn't need to try to be polite or courteous. Therefore I give the service a three star. Which takes my overall rating down from 5 stars to 4 stars.

Don't let the menu fool you. Its not that good and the automatically 20% gratuity is a slap in the face. I was excited to try the food at this restaurant. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! The nachos were VERY dry and the chips were close to burned. The loaded chicken wasn't good. The drinks were ok. Overall not worth the money.

Oh never again. Came here cuz it’s close to my Aunt’s house. I love and have been to the university city location many times. She as well wanted to avoid lunchtime traffic in university city. Glad she enjoyed her Bleu Cheeseburger, cuz my wings weren’t even hot even after a 20 min wait. Came out the other end weird once I got home. Waited over 7 minutes for a dessert that never came after getting the check. No bag given so I forgot my box of those sorry wings at that. It’s a reason I don’t like trying new locations of businesses I like

We go to this location often. Sorry i don’t have photos besides this one. But we go almost weekly. There’s always a fundraiser going on or music bingo, idk something. Or we randomly just stop in for food and drinks after a long day. Service is usually good but it can get crowded and then the service can get slow at times. But no complaints really. I can’t think of any times we really had any issues.

I went here during happy hours the one on City line avenue and watch the little March madness. The finger food was pretty good.

I had come here many times before. The food is usually very good. I was very displeased with recommending my friend to have her retirement gathering here. The waitress refused to give her correct name. The manager looked intoxicated and was no help. I'm very disappointed in the service we received as a group. They NEVER told us about a $3.00 service charge for each drink. I ended up paying $20 for a 4 ounce glass of wine!!!Really??I wont be returning nor recommending!!

Other than the fact this place is the most convenient when going to SJU it's not great. And be aware they add 20% gratuity to every bill automatically, so what incentive does any server actually have to serve a customer well .. So in terms of a place that could crush it in the community and also cater to local college kids they chase away a lot of business.
