Sent my runner with a huge order. They literally said they didn’t care what people wanted. Gave us dry meat on bread nothing else in it. Spent almost 400. No salad dressing. Trash. Hard pass the front counter chick was an absolute nightmare.

My cheesesteaks were ok not meatie as other places by the time I got home and checked my sandwich it was missing toppings that I order their service on a scale of 1 thru 10 a 10 atmosphere 10 cleanliness 10 smh on sandwiches

Food was amazing. The service was horrible. We waited 10min to place our order due to the lady clocking out right when it was our turn to order. She didnt even say hello or greet us. We then waited and had to ASK for someone to take our order. The bathrooms was disgusting. But beyond that the food was amazing… once we finally recieved our order!

Best Philly I ever tasted hands down and I ate in Kobe spot he used to sit at 💯 I also met to local who gave me and the fam some great hospitality and got us some water ices afterwards thanks Harold and Derrick for the love

I love the steaks and the chefs have really good customer service and sufficient/fast with orders .. the only problem is the lady that works in the front she’s very rude & does not have good customer service skills. Maybe need to work on that a lil more.

Jerk burger was a frozen turkey burger poorly cooked presentation poorly timely delivery poorly french fries in the planter were cold. I wouldn’t recommend the new owners for any business whatsoever.

Went for a slice and chicken cheesesteak being that I was in town from Cali and been craving a good slice and sandwich! Unfortunately they was out of slices so I got a small half cheese half meatballs, it looked amazing gooey cheese but the bottom and the crust was burnt and it tasted burnt so disappointing I trashed it, my chicken cheesesteak with cooper cheese onions and mushrooms was ok nothing to rave about. To be honest I could have save the money waited the next day and gotten a better one from a poppi store must say
