We ordered the famous cheesesteak because of the seeded roll so it was disappointing to have gotten a regular roll. Overall though, the food was good and I'd order from there again.

This play has really went down hill, called in a order got there it wasn’t ready, by the time I received my order everyone that’s walked in after came an went , I won’t be giving them my money an to think I was a regular!

Poor customer seevice rude unprofessional ladies .

The lady who answered the phone was rude . I told her my address & she left me on hold without saying anything. She came back on phone & I provided her my address again & she constantly said “what” being rude . Bad customer service! Hire someone else!

I ordered a Cheesesteak stromboli today what I have is a dry stromboli with no cheese on the meat. And I ask the women at the counter is cheese on this she said yes. Larry has fallen off on rising sun

Hoagie had good bread but quality & quantity of meat was insufficient. Only 1 slice of cheese. Dry. Had no oil or vinegar. Amount of onions overwhelming. Bad experience.

They’re falling off real bad I hate that for them I got the whitest buffalo chicken cheesesteak I was craving them so bad just to be disappointed it was missing two key ingredients which was cheese and buffalo sauce. I only prefer to get my buffalo chicken cheesesteaks from here because it’s actual pieces of chicken and not steakums chicken. But the chicken chunks were so huge it wasn’t even enjoyable. I miss when they were chopped smaller but still a meaty cheesesteak. I believe the workers are overworked especially with the DoorDash app going off every 2 seconds and little to no cooks. Idk if I’ll be back after that to miss Buffalo sauce and cheese on a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was crazy. I came back asking for Buffalo sauce and showed the counter person how white it was no seasonings, just blue cheese, and chicken chunks, not even a speck of anything they squirted Buffalo sauce on it because I thought that was missing but it was also missing American cheese, seasonings. They then attempted to reassemble it after placing buffalo sauce on it but it wasn’t giving the quality they usually provide when preparing it because it wasn’t cooked with the buffalo sauce and with the sauce just sitting on the top it’s just bland. They usually deliver just not this go round. Since being under new management it’s not the same no more.

Parking: Small lot but as long as ppl know how to drive and ain't always in a rush all works out lol

The food isn’t bad it’s really good however they can tend to forget or mess up the order the customer service is great just wish every time I order my order was short of one thing

It looks like it's under new management, because the cheese steak didn't taste the same. The bread wasn't fresh which was a surprise, and the pizza sauce was a bit different. The price on toppings went up,
I asked for works on my cheese steak and they charged me $1 which they never did, and debit card fees were implemented. I payed almost $4 more than what I usually pay.

Service was ok, food was mediocre, cashier was very rude. I will never go back there.
