Service was decent. Forgot my soup and extra dressing that I ordered. Entrees were very good especially the Vodka Sauce on the Rigatoni. Nice people. Better Italian music playing would be nice. More pictures of Italy would be nice too.
While this is not "white tablecloth " dining, the food is good for your typical Italian dishes.
While our server was up front about being new, she did not step up. When a beer was requested, it was delivered without a glass. When asked for a glass, it took upwards of 20 minutes and two requests to get one. She was not well aquainted with the menu, but worked thru special requests adequately. Further, our server's runner (a grey-haired gentleman) was visibly cranky and took it out during service. He became confused at whose dish was whose and his irritability clearly increased. The food was quite good and all of our group enjoyed the meal itself.
WE had a delicious lunch. Beet salad, chopped salad, margarita pizza and chicken sandwich. Everything was very tasty. Always a pleasure dining at LaScala.
Everything we ordered was very tasty. The waitstaff was exceptionally friendly, providing A+ service!
The food and service were excellent! Wife and I both had veal (her-Marsala me-Piccata). Wine offerings were very nice. Save room for dessert! Perfiteroles were delicious.
My favorite location. The place is incredibly clean, good background music, lots of TV's and good beer selection. House IPA is my favorite. Chloe was the best. Short rib pizza is awesome.
Service was prompt and the server and rest of staff were very nice and professional. My husband had the mussels as a starter. They were ok- a little cold Then he had the spinach and beans and loved it. I had the lasagna and have to say the sauce was fantastic. And we had leftovers for another meal!!!!! Overall it was a great expereince. Thanks
We had a fantastic dining experience. We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The food, service and atmosphere were incredible!
Food was very good, no question. Wait service was good. We, a party of 6, had a reservation and were seated promptly. The ambiance was the low point, not bad, but not great as it was very bright.

The gnocchi was quite good. Restaurant has kind of a funky setup making for a weird atmosphere.
