The classical music is tasteful. the food is very nice. Malika was an awesome server who I tipped well. she is friendly welcoming and super efficient. I told her I had a doctor appointment at 7:30 and she got everything for me done quickly and efficiently. and all with a smile on her face at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. she is awesome. even had my to-go order ready at the same time. Even the girl manning the bakery this morning was very friendly and welcomed to me at the front door. Bravo!

Came in for a late lunch during the week. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we sat ourselves as directed. Staff was busy talking among themselves but a waiter did serve us after awhile. Main dish(quiche) brought out before I took two sips of my soup, so I had to decide which would get cold faster. No butter with bread and when I asked for some, he brought one pat of butter. No attention paid to us after that. Staff all busy talking among themselves. We had to call waiter over for check. We went to the counter to get some takeout and person behind counter didn't acknowledge my order until I asked whether she heard me. Also "busy" talking to a colleague. Really terrible attitudes toward your customers. The food is ok but doesn't make up for the haphazard treatment of customers. Won't return.

We got buckwheat banana walnut cake and giant chocolate chip cookie. The buckwheat banana and walnut cake so absolutely delicious, I loved the texture, the flavors and the fact that it wasn’t overly sweet. The cookie was pretty good too.I’m hoping to visit this place again to try other items.

Front cashier and staff up front is great. However there is one person who is making the food who was not great. Ordered a croissant ham and cheese sandwich and what I got was a ham and cheese on a ciabatta roll. Ok, no problem as I went up to the cashier and they were very helpful to get it corrected. I heard them trying to communicate to the food preparer what happened and the guy seemed annoyed that he had to remake the sandwich. Of course, when I received the sandwich, the croissant was over heated with the ham and cheese and the guy squished it so much that it didn’t enen resemble a croissant and more like a burrito. For an $8 sandwich, I expected a little better. If hadn’t already left and driving away, I would’ve gone back to just ask for a croissant and ham and cheese on the side so I can just make it myself.Again, other staff was great, but I think the food preparer was maybe having a bad day but he wasn’t getting along with the front staff and it was reflected in the sandwich I received ☹️

Service was spotty. We had to get up to get our server's attention. Bread was stale!! They forgot to bring butter for bread. More attentive at end. Nice corner booth.

The chocolate mousse was incredibly delicious, definitely a highlight. The service was friendly and welcoming. Although the ambiance was a bit lively for my personal taste, it didn't detract from the overall quality of my experience. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place for its excellent food and service.

Stopped in just to buy a baguette (its how I rate bakeries) and it was one of the best baguettes I've had this side of the Atlantic. It was crisp and chewy but it did lack that caramelized outer crust like they didnt use enough steam in their oven for the final minute. Should be an easy fix to take their baguettes from very good to extraordinary. Also the baguette itself lacked depth in flavor like the dough was not left to rest long enough, or they made these from instant yeast instead of a starter which would impart a lovely tangy taste.
