Yesterday, 7/6/25, the service I received while ordering over the phone was phenomenal. I thought everything would be up to par. I spoke too soon. I ordered a simple buffalo grilled chicken salad with only iceberg lettuce no romaine. The girl who made my salad gave me ONLY CHICKEN AND ICEBERG LETTUCE, no dressing, no vegetables, no nothing. This is her second time messing up my order, and it’s only when she’s making the salads, will my order be wrong. This is RIDICULOUS. I feel so bad for yelling at the girl who takes the order but come on now.

Cheese pizza was pretty good. My cheesesteak was awful. I asked for no onions and not only did they put onions. I got more onions than steak took me an hour picking all the onions off of half of the steak. Steak was chewy🤢 I grew up in West Philly all my life. It’s a shame how you can actually tell they switched ownership or something cooks or something. Food does not taste like when I was growing up. I keep going back thinking the food will taste like it used to it just won’t. I give up

I had a slice with ground beef. It was a nice portion. Pizzas are square so the slice is the top corner of the rectangle. I'm used to round pies so it was a little difficult holding the slice. The slice was tasty and filling. I'm glad I tried it.

Heavy set white guy was very nasty after he gave me the wrong order to call me back to the store to proceed to tell me what I should’ve said 😩I’ve been going there for 18 years will never return
FIRST let’s talk about the customer service HORRIBLE ! the guy with the bald head that take orders is THE WORST nasty attitude very arrogant and why idk when his nails are FILTHY as hell !!!! The person they have doing deliveries were stocking sodas while I was ordering and also reached around me without saying excuse me to get the other sodas knowing that people stands right here to order why place sodas that need to be stocked right there !!! Very disturbing! I wouldn’t send my dogs to eat KIBBLE AND BITS here !! I hope they have the proper paperwork for all them people working in that kitchen that’s all ima say !!! No HAIR NETS NO GLOVES NO NOTHING JUST NASTY !!!!!!

The two of us agree, *This was the worst pizza either of us ever received, the menus left in my door should’ve just as well been thrown in the trash. The sauce was nasty, the cheese was not good, nor was the pizza cooked enough. It was not even cut properly. Never. Again. -_-

My most recent order was a huge disappointment! I normally order pizza , wings,and salads. I chanced and ordered a buffalo cheesesteak. It tasted like canned chicken with excess amount of blue cheese dressing and mayo! I was truly upset that they would even consider serving something so sloppy, nasty while using canned chicken and poor quality at that! It was mushy! If my opinion didn’t matter then, please know that you let down a valuable costumer. Shame on you Label!
