This place is a sometimes good, and sometimes bad it depends on what shift you have. I find the night shift cooks better the morning shift the food just be a little undercooked but overall, it’s a great place to eat at we love it.

My son had a great day so he ask for a mushroom cheesesteak, extra cheese, mayo, salt, pepper, ketchup, on the side what he got was a dry cheese steak NO MAYO or seasoning after I paid 25 dollars I then called the store and got a bad attitude for the girl in the front then she hung up on me this place is horrible and so is the service don't waste your money. Could you be better off cooking it at home?

The worse customer service , it was my first time in Philly & thought that they put whatever u ask on it . But they left off a few things and when I went back in to inform and ask for some on the side they refuse and said I had to pay .75 . Customer service from the lady at the register and the owner was just too rude.
They have very nasty attitudes including the manager. STAY AWAY… it ghetto and trashy.

I called in awhile ago. Ordered a square pie for my son and I. That's what he wanted. After I placed the order my son changed his mind and wanted something else. Immediately called back, telling the lady that i had just called and wanted to cancel my order. She said you better take it. I stated i don't want it. She said well it's done so you can't cancel. I told her i just called how is it done already? Told her i didn't want it again. She told me the driver just went out the door with it. Like huh? I said i do not want it so cancel it. She said you're gonna take it and you're not getting you're money back. Asked to speak to the owner. She said she was the owner, then hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to the owner, she said. They just put your food in the oven so you can't cancel. After that the second hang up on me. Called again. And said i need to speak to the owner. He gets on the phone. He says we will cancel it but you're not allowed to order here anymore due to you canceling the order. He then hangs up on me! I couldn't explain the horrible customer service, or anything to him at all. He refused to let me get a word in. So we placed an order to a different place that we wanted food from. It arrived from the other location that we ordered from, and began eating. An 2 hours after the Lebels incident my phone rings. The labels driver has a pizza telling me i have to take it. He drove to my house because the restaurant didn't tell him nobody canceled. Everyone there has very bad customer service. I've been ordering from here for the past 6 years. They've never been like that before. They need a change in staff. Immediately!!!!
