Lemon Grass Thai is a small and charming Thai restaurant. It was slightly busy when I got in at 6:30. I ordered Drunken Noodles with Chicken, and after a speedy 10 minutes a plate of noodles appeared in front of me.
The drunken noodles were very standard, yet very delicious. My only suggestion is to make the noodles just a bit drier.
Overall, I would recommend going here.

Really tasty food at a nice price. The server was very friendly & kind. I especially enjoyed the Pad See Yew, Penang Curry, and the beef salad. Also the Chicken Coconut soup was wonderful! I will definitely be going back again.

I recently ordered from Lemon Thai while my son spent the night at CHOP, and I have mixed feelings about the experience.
First off, the food was very fresh, which is always a plus. The highlight for me was the Chicken Puff (Curry Puff) — it was delicious and came with duck sauce.
However, the Penang Curry was a letdown. It tasted watered down and really lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for. The chicken portion was decent, but it could definitely use more seasoning. The fried rice, on the other hand, was pretty good and saved the meal a bit.
Overall, I'd suggest the restaurant not cut corners on flavor. Freshness is great, but a punch of flavor is essential for a memorable meal. If you're in the area, it might be worth a try, but don’t expect fireworks.

We went and had the lunch special. My spouse ordered the Green Curry with beef. It was very watered down. Was not good, though plenty of beef. I ordered Drunken noodles with Beef,.. This
was okay. Soup could have been better. My salad was decent. The chicken spring roll was ok. I would not come here for the curry.

8/10. Would visit again.
Bought Thai Basil (w/ chicken and brown rice) and chicken puff pastry.
Everything was good. The rice pairs very well sauce. The sauce is spicy, but not overwhelming as other reviews suggested.
The chicken puff pastry was delicious.
A lovely little restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive and helpful. I hope to come here again next time I'm in Philly.

Great food. Lovely staff
I did a takeout order and the food was great! I ordered the Evil Jungle Princess and the curry, chicken, and veggies (especially the eggplant) were delicious. Also, food was super fast—it was ready 10 minutes after I ordered it.
Unfortunately, I ate it too fast and never took a photo of it, sorry about that!
Fish cakes and chicken stay were awesome! The best thing I had was the drunken noodles! Well and truly masterfully done! Spicy without being overwhelming, and well flavored all around!
Food wasn’t to bad curry had flavor but the beef was ehh. Drunken noodles were really good though would recommend that and the pad Thai was superb as well
It's CRAZY how good this place is!
(and I never write reviews)
Intimate atmosphere
(great for a date)
Pleasant staff, reasonable prices.
I love Thai but once you try an item from one place you can kinda count on it being the same at others and that can get boring; this place is different, their chicken Satay has a subtle curry slather, the fish cakes are delicious morsels of featherback(an authentic Thai fish with a unique texture and taste). Even the house fried rice is NOT plain jane!(It is off the hook good and it's more than you can eat(leftovers!)). My brov. ordered drunken noodles(best he's ever had!),
