Usually don’t leave reviews but thought this place deserved it. Stopped by around 5:30pm today, never been before. Heard great things about this place and thought I had to give it a try. Lovely customer service, and a really nice girl checked me out at the register and had great suggestions for me as someone trying it for the first time! Lovely cookies and even more lovely service! Would definitely come here again. Cookies are served warm, gooey, and taste wonderful. Recommend...

John and the entire team are fantastic! My favorite spot to stop before work for a latte and a blueberry muffin. Muffins are fresh and light, and the latte is lovely - especially if you're a coffee snob (their espresso is divine!). The building is beautiful and the cafe is well maintained. So thankful the team is in Philly ❤️❤️❤️

We had the sweetest experience at the Levain in Rittenhouse today. The staff was so kind & thoughtful, and the cookies were delicious. When we unpacked the cookies we found they had included a surprise congratulating us on our pregnancy. Thank you for making our stop in so memorable, we will definitely be back!
