Really cozy cafe with plenty of seating. Coffee prices are super reasonable too - didn’t charge an arm and a leg for alt milk and flavoring.

Food was good but a little too salty. Please tone down the salt a bit.
Today was my first time visiting the Lightbox Cafe, & I loved everything about it!! The employees were super nice, the atmosphere is cozy, & the lemonade & coffee were excellent. My partner & I shared one of the specials- the spicy bbq jackfruit sandwich, & it was the best sandwich I've had anywhere in a very long time!! Delicious!! I plan on becoming a regular here❤

Yummy looking menu, wonderful tea, friendly staff. I wish I’d been hungry enough for food, but I wasn’t so I just settled in and soaked up the vibes with a cup of tulsi tea. Will definitely come back to try the food soon!

Carrot falafel wrap changed the trajectory of my life. The warm falafel in the cold sandwich could make a thug cry
We made our way to @lightboxcafephilly — Philly’s first cava bar 🍾✨ and a fully vegan café serving beautifully curated bites and drinks. We walked from City Hall after a quick peek at Reading Terminal Market and the Liberty Bell line. Lightbox was the perfect stop for a mid-day break — cozy, stylish, and super welcoming. My hubby enjoyed the Falafel Salad — house-made falafel with carrot, kale, chickpeas, and parsley over spinach and romaine, topped with cashew tzatziki, tomato, cucumber, marinated red onion, shredded carrot, garlic-lemon hummus, and quinoa tabbouleh. So fresh and absolutely packed with flavor 🌿🥗 I enjoyed two incredible pastelillos: 🥟 Sofrito Black Bean & Cheddar — air-fried savory pastry filled with sofrito black beans, Violife vegan cheddar, and marinated jalapeño. 🥟 Curry Vegetable — filled with chickpeas, carrot, sweet potato, onion, garlic, coconut milk, and lime. Both were perfectly crisp, warm, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. We sipped on the Mitra lemonade, which was light, tangy, and refreshing — the perfect drink to recharge with. Everything is 100% plant-based, and they offer agave as a vegan sweetener option for drinks. Definitely recommend this gem if you're exploring the city and want something light, nourishing, and unique 🌱✨ #LightboxCafePhilly #VeganPhilly #PhillyEats #CavaBar #PlantBasedDining #FalafelSalad #VeganPastelillos #BlackBeanAndCheddar #CurryVegetable #PhillyFoodie #VeganCafeVibes
