Stay far away from this place, you will regret it. Last visit we had lint and dirt on our drinks, French toast was burnt, they were out of grits, the hookah was the worst flavor I’ve had ever. I have tried to give this place so many chances, but I’ll never return. The food was good before, which is sad because they’re always running out of almost half the menu, the service is non existent, they are Always short staffed. They’re on the more expensive side, but you won’t get much. One person will be the host, DJ, bartender, hookah and server at once. It is GHETTO here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Info online is totally incorrect so brunch was over by 6. Half of the menu was not available.. no steak, lobster, french toast, Jameson (so no green tea shots). Only 2 flavors of hookah. Oh and be cash app or cash ready in order to get low budget hookah. Music did not please the crowd. Sounded like somebody personal playlist of just TikTok music. Not a brunch vibe at all. If you get a tower ask for no ice because that’s all it is. Instagram & TikTok hypes this place up so I thought I’d have a good time. They lied lol oh and the table behind us left because they waited over a hour for their food.. I got the fish & grits.. if you have salt handy you will be able to deal with the grits. Wait time for food is horrible so don’t go hungry smh. Our server was so sweet, the management had her deliver the bad news when it’s their place to do such. Safe to say I wouldn’t even be back for just happy hour.

Tbh, my sister made reservations yesterday and there were two other parties happening upstairs. Long story short they had one female taking up for 3 large tables of people and you could tell she was overwhelmed. Need I mind you, NOT including the hookah tech, but 3 other staff members came upstairs and no one offered to help her. The party that was there before us never got their food. So with food being one of the main attractions they lost me. The hookah was ok, given they only had two flavors. It cost 50 using cash, an extra 5 using cashapp. Now I’m not gon call it quits because it was a first time for me and then, but the next go around let’s hope its a bit more engaging because the floor staff practically forgot about the people upstairs and that alone could’ve been extra profit ??‍♀️ but no business is perfect. Willing to back to see it when it’s more live. And then I can make a final judgement

Do not waste ur time here. We waited 3 hrs for food we never received. Eventually cancelled our orders and left after the management refused to accommodate our inconveniences.

1. Had a reservation for Sunday brunch and we didn't get seated until 30mins after when we sat ourselves (at the table they told us we'd be sitting at) ! 2. Server didn't even come over to us until about 20mins (understandable she was busy but atleast greet your customers) 3. Good music but It was TOO loud to the point you couldn't hear anyone unless speaking in their ears directly & we were downstairs in the restaurant area not the upstairs club section. 4. WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD after literally waiting 3hrs & speaking with a “manager” NO ACCOMMODATIONS WERE MADE. 5. They tried to explain to us that they were busy but the upstairs was closed! & the dining area wasn't even full, all we ordered was 2 french toast combos & a grits side. We paid for our drink tower & left. They offered a free hookah as if we weren't starving! 6. I'll never be coming back simply because of the service & lack of communication! Also There was no drink menu , you only had the option of shots or mimosa/bellini pitcher or towers. We'd atleast appreciate if someone let us know there was gonna be a wait for food. Overall This place shouldn't be labeled a restaurant!! But a “bar & lounge” ...this was by far my Worst brunch experience ever !

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. We went here for brunch for my friend birthday. The hookah was $50, the guy that took our order for the hookah had an ignorant disposition. He acted as if he didn’t want to be there or bothered. Online it said that the drink tower was $100 however when we got there it was $150. So you guys should start off with updating your online price list. Second it took us 20 minutes to get our pitcher drink which majority was filled up with ice. We were a table of 4 and barely had enough in the pitcher to fill our cup up enough. Alongside this the only good thing was that our waitress was really nice so we weren’t even upset with her because it wasn’t her fault. She took our food order at around 1:50 and we’re still waiting for our food at 3pm. We were seated upstairs at that where there was 2 other parties and neither one of those tables got there food either. The first party table left, after them it was the other party and then 20 minutes later we left. That was absolutely ridiculous how we never got our food but almost everyone downstairs had their food while we were still upstairs waiting. I will never visit this place ever again and I don’t recommend at all. Downstairs had better treatment than us, it’s like we were pushed to the side. The table was very wobbly and downstairs had better music playing downstairs than the upstairs.

Don’t waste your time. Waited over 2 hours for food when there were only a total of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Hookah $50, they only give you 1 coal, $5 extra per coal if you want a refill. We ordered a $60 mimosa tower. They only put HALF of a bottle of ANDRE ($8.99) champagne and the rest orange juice. (watched them make the towers). Fried fish was just breading. Our server was nice, but this will be my first and LAST. muah ?, not returning.Update: As soon as i got home, i threw the “fish” up ?

The wait time was crazy. Had a reservation at 3:30 wasn't seated until about 4:15. Didn't receive service until after 5:30. The food came out one plate at a time so we took turns watching each other eat. Some of the orders was wrong and the waitress was terrible. I would never go back.

We orderes a top shelf tour paid 150 and waited 45 mins and having our waitress being told to relax… for the bartender to say we out of passion fruit is crazy.My first experience disappointed. An 1hr 30 min for food that came out cold and burnt. How can food be cold and burnt!! Management dont care Oh wait the blood on the wall seals it for me!! Zero out of 10 I do not recommend!!! Paid 72 dollars per person for trash!!

If I could give a 0 star I WOULD . The service here is horrible. I came here to enjoy a nice brunch , on the walk in I was informed that they do not have liquor license but if we wanted to bring a bottle in they would charge $50 per bottle. Hookahs are $50 , refills are $25 , we asked for coal for the hookah we were chargers $5 PER coal . A pack of hookah coal is $3 AT most. My food alone was COLD as it’s allegedly made fresh every order , eggs were cold , home fries were cold . French toast was actually good though. Servers were neglecting of our table. I had a friend join our party , his food did not come out for 45 minutes. Overall terrible food experience will NEVER return.
