All the time we come here they be on the phone texting and talking on the back making joke we been here seen 6:56 and is now 7:44 and they say it still not ready and this is not the fist time it happen

I just ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Delivery was quick and fine but the one pizza was supposed to be pretzel crust and it wasn’t and I tried to call but the number won’t go thru, I texted the driver with the problem but no one has gotten back to me

LOCATION IS UNDERSTAFFED . they need to hire more people ...... I initally called and the phone rang 20 times . i hung up waited 20 seconds and called again . it rang 15x...... i went to location. i walked in at stood at counter . no one is at counter. no one greeted me ...... I waited 30 seconds. I left !!!

Always an issue with this location. Unfriendly staff, canceled orders, closing early…always something. This time we ordered online-the app says it’s been in the oven for like 20 mins. We waited only to be told they canceled it. The app doesn’t say anything about a canceled order. And why are you always canceling on pizzas and acting like you don’t have the items…it’s literally what you do.

Pizza tasted and looked like it had been in the warmer for awhile. Employee stated they were out of marinara for the crazy bread yet they were still making pizzas in the back. Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Papa John's are now cheaper and far superior quality than them. Suffice to say I will not be purchasing from here no more.

This one use to be really on the ball. But I've gone in 3 times in 2 weeks. Every times stoves are empty except maybe 1 pizza. There's been only maybe 2 people working and nobody at the register as people walk in. Nothings ever ready and doesn't seem to be anyone getting things done. We went in father's day. Nobody at the register. 4 people waiting and every 3 or so mins a person pops their head out well be right there. After 19 mins I walked out and there was now over 12 people still had not been seen or rung up and everything was still empty

Every time I order food from here its burnt!
