My pepperoni pizza hardly had any cheese my plain pizza the cheese was burnt on. And my 3 meat pizzas The sausage was burnt the bacon was hard and burnt the pepperoni was burnt hardly any cheese or sauce they were terrible. This store don't make pizza nothing like the one on Aramingo Avenue. From now on I'm going to stick with Aramingo Avenue.
This location never has pizza ready, always gotta sit and wait around till your order is done, False advertisement about it being "hot n ready"

My order was #691. On 08/15/24 Ordered thin veggie pizza as usual. But unfortunately they made it wrong with ham on it. I returned immediately,For what cashier apologized,she was nice as usual,but she changed her shift and left at that time. The rest staff started to make another one. For the First time it was understandable,but when they made it second time wrong one either, they even did not apologize for it. And I had to wait 3rd time for my order. No one apologized for their second mistake. Because they know that nothing happens to them from the management side,I think. Never come back again to this place. Irresponsible staff, management should work on it seriously,if they want to keep the customers. They can check the cameras and work with second cashier and the cook who made it for the first time. Cause they could keep the customer come back again just being a nice girls like the first cashier had been. But no way,they have to “kill”this business, because they don’t like their job at all,I guess.

Let me begin by saying I am a regular at this location. They have DECLINED! This is the second extramostbestest topping pizza that I've ordered and received a regular topping pizza. It was dry and old when it should have been fresh!!! The new worker seemed as if she didn't want to be there. And the other customers were super rude and rowdy. I've gotten places shut down in the past. Will this be the next?
This place was beyond dirty $ the actual door was dirty. We ordered cheesy bread which was super tough. They gave us baked wings with no sauce. We went back and they gave us cold wings , so we had to go back again. The pizza was terrible. My crazy puffs looked weird. No manager was there to speak with either. The customer service was terrible, they caught an attitude.
