I ordered twice through the app and when I went to pick it up from the store it was not ready and they started making it just then, so about 50 mins wait in total. They need to pay attention to the online orders.

I Was paying for my food when the card machine went down I told them and showed them that they took the money out my card before it went down but bc it said on their end that it wasn’t paid they double charged me. I asked them if it shows up on your end that I was double charged can I come back and get my money back they said yes but I never received my money back even with multiple attempts of calling and going to the store. They told me to come up to the store and i would be refunded I get there they then tell me I have to come back when the girl that took my order works, I then go back on the day she’s working and she’s in her phone making me wait while she’s doing god knows what on her phone she then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do bc it saying in the system that I was refunded she then put me on FACETIME with the owner of the store he tells me there’s nothing that he could do at the moment and I would have to come back to the store again the day he works. She then asks if I want food instead of the refund. I had to contact my bank and report fraud with them in order to get my money back! I would NOT RECOMMEND PAYING WITH A CARD AT THIS STORE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRY TO GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND FOR YOUR REFUND.

I waited several minutes to order and waited patiently, when an other customer told me that there is no employees in the store. I look towards the back of the store and saw that there is no employees and no manager in sight! Everyone was getting impatient including me. How can you leave a store unattended and say it’s open for business? Makes no sense! So I left and went to another pizza place nearby.

The foods good but every time I've gone in everything is empty and you hear nothing but talking in the back and the food up front is empty. So you order and have a line built up by the time everything's ready. Rather then waiting for a line and everyone impatient how about filling up what's empty. I asked for 2 crazy bread and a pizza puffs. 28 min wait before I got my food but plenty of talking in the back and when I left you couldn't move inside from the lines. And still the stocks were empty. So no planning at all and very bad time management.

Came in today asking if it was possible to make a heart shaped pizza because I wanted to ask my gf to be my valentines Kate said she would try I came back in and she gave me two to pick from. The gesture was much appreciated and I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location!

Pizza was undercooked had to throw it in the oven when I got home the pizza then felll apart as barely had cheese in the middle of the pizza

if I could give zero stars I would the White lady in the front is rude and disrespectful with an attitude it took them an hour to make one pizza and three breadsticks when I was supposed to get eight breadsticks and buy the pictures you can see it was poorly made all over
