Have to pick up 10 pizzas for a delivery job, been sitting outside for over an hour still waiting for the door to be unlocked. Just trying to do my job but apparently I can't. I couple of other people have also tried to get in, I thought they open at 10, not whenever they want. Going to Domino's now, been knocking for so long and there's a lady sitting in there not opening the door, don't come here.

My brother just ordered some food and said to me it should be ready when I get there but after coming there the food wasn't done and that was 30 minutes ago. After checking it, they never made the food and it's going to be ready in another 10 minutes. Very unprofessional!Also, one of the customers in the store showed me some of the staff wiping the sweat off their face, and sneezing without using any gloves while making the food. We'll never go there again.

The most unprofessional employees located at this location . Gossiping, on their phone , not wearing gloves , doing everything except their job . I waited 35 minutes for someone to help while they were in the back just messing around, and it’s not the first time . They had a store full of customers waiting to be service and they did not care to help anyone . Someone really needs to hire a whole new team . These people do not deserve to be getting a paycheck . They’re rude , lazy and unprofessional. Please hire a new staff !!!!

Kaliyah and Mommy’s World

This is my family’s second visit to your store this month, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. During our first visit, we encountered the front representative — a heavyset woman who I believe is the manager — whose attitude was very unprofessional. We decided not to report it at that time, assuming everyone can have an off day.

However, during our visit today, October 13th, around 12:53 PM, we were met with the same unpleasant attitude from the same representative at the front counter. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. She is not a great representative for your store, and I truly believe someone with a more positive and welcoming attitude would better serve customers at the front.

Additionally, the back area of the store appeared quite disorganized and unclean. I strongly suggest retraining both your front and back staff to ensure a cleaner environment and a more professional level of customer service.

I ordered the Italian cheesy bread and I usually get the pizza sauce with the order not only did the server forget to mention I had to ask for it separately she gave me cold sauce that was half full for $2 extra

The young lady with pigtails helped me order an extra most best pepperoni pizza. She told me it’ll be a 7 minute wait for a fresh one. When my order was up I was happy to see she’d taken good care of my order. As my pepperoni was crispy and delicious, plus the cheese was fully cooked on my pizza. I don’t usually eat pizza much but if customer service is like that. She’ll be seeing me more

This Little Caesar’s (at this time) has a 3.2 star rating.
I’ve been eating pizza for about 25 years and I can say this is the worst food/experience I’ve ever had.

Stopped over bc getting my car inspected down the block; walked in, no one’s there, no menu is up, nothing….

After a few minutes of looking back towards the kitchen, a lady finally came out and asked if I had ordered. I said no, there’s no menu to order from….

Long story short, I ordered a regular cheese pizza, had a bite, asked for a napkin, was told there’s no napkins, and I left. No one there to help you, no menu, no napkins, no seasonings…. What is this weird place? I didn’t even take a photo of the pizza bc I don’t want to send you into a spiraling depression. Left with cheese and sauce on my face and hands. Thanks, Little Caesar’s. 👍

Absolutely too hot in the store! I mean it’s unbearable I couldn’t even wait 5 minutes inside the store idk how the employees are surviving it’s 92 degrees today

One star is too generous. Without a doubt, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. I placed an order at 11:02 AM with an expected pickup time of 11:14. I arrived at 11:15 and was met with clear irritation from the staff, who told me they had “just opened” and it would be another 15–20 minutes.

When I saw what looked like my pizza sitting on the counter, I asked if it was mine. I was told it would still be another 5 minutes for the Crazy Bread. Meanwhile, they just left the pizza sitting there. I asked to cancel the order and was told they “couldn’t cancel it.” Only after requesting a manager was the order finally cancelled.

Nearly 40 minutes for a Little Caesars order—and it still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, the place was dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous.
