This used to be good, was my go-to. But the last few times, the service and quality have really gone downhill. Last time I called in and ordered a chicken Caesar salad for pick up. Got home, took it out of bag . . . No dressing.Tonight, I stopped in and ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go. I didn't wait long, so that was a plus. But guy brought me out the salad on a plate. Realizing his mistake, he said, oh wait that was to go, and went back and dumped it in a to-go salad container. The amount of salad only half-filled the container. There was no dressing. He said, oh, do you want dressing? When I said, well yes, he asked what kind? (Normally fair, but I did order a Caesar salad, so . . . ). Also, there were no garlic knots with it. I was going to ask, but a group had come in and were ordering so I just left.

I would like to thank Joseph and his wonderful team at Little Italy for such great service and food! They were able to provide a large luncheon for us to serve at Vare Washington School, a local public school. The food was ready on time and delicious. Everyone was very easy to coordinate with. Wil use again ?.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!

I am from NJ and I order food from here for my daughter who is in a nearby college ! They are the best ! They are friendly and helpful when I call and always have the food delivered on time . Even when I call last minute ! My dtr and her friends say it’s the best pizza in Philly! Shout out to them for all the heart shaped pizzas I have ordered over the last 4 years ! Always a hit!
My first time ever coming here after walking by many times - they forgot my slices in the oven, and when the counter person finally remembered to take them out, they threw them all into one small box - one slice on top of another with parchment paper - so all the cheese separated from the slices and melted onto the paper. You really can’t get slices to from here until they start packaging them right

Okay, we're do I start ! It wasn't worth the $91 we as a group paid. We received horrible, burnt dry fries without the cheese we ordered. The Grandma pizza should have only sauce and basil. It came with lots of cheese and we were so disappointed. It wasn't thin, false advertisement. The other pizzas were delicious, not the best but it stopped my stomach from growling. Like everything else, proceed with caution and a healthy wallet. I will give it a C+

Hands down the best pizza joint in Philly. The sauce to cheese ratio is perfect.
Dreadful pizza. AVOID! They haven't a clue how to make pizza, it's awful. They seem to sell to the desperate so...

I’ve been ordering food from Little Italy for a while. I just want to say that I have never gotten a bad meal or bad service. The pizza is always cooked just right and all of the other food has always been delicious. They truly deliver a good and quality product. If you are ever in the area to stop in and try their food. You won’t be disappointed.
