The salmon was really tender and delicious. The rice however was really mushy and grainy? This was my first time trying Thai food so maybe that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I can’t speak on service and atmosphere because the food was bought for me. I wouldn’t eat the rice again but the grilled salmon and chicken spring rolls were great.

I was so happy to discover Thai food at Reading Terminal but only to be disappointed! This was the WORST pad Thai that I ever had in my life. Cashier was also incredibly RUDE to me by gesturing with her hand to hand my card to her without telling me first how much she was going to charge me. Also, I threw my SOGGY pink dyed pad Thai in the trash. Yes-it was that bad.Bye!! First & Last time.

202311I was walking by and saw a bowl of soup for $3! It’s very cheap + I love soup, so I immediately took out the coconut shrimp soup. I heated it up at home and it turned out super delicious! Very tasty, sweet and sour and appetizing. I will buy it again next time!

After researching what to eat at the Reading Terminal Market, we decided to try the Salmon Curry at this restaurant. I was surprised at the price of this as it was only $10. Considering this is a salmon dish, I thought it was going to cost more. The line was about 10 people but the wait was really short. The staff there was very optimized on getting everyone served. The food is already made and on display like cafeteria style. For whatever you order, they just assemble it in front of you as give it to you in a takeout bowl. Very efficient! The salmon curry had decent flavors. It does taste a bit watered down and not one of the best curries. The liquid of the curry is also too thin! More of a soup than a sauce! The food is not that hot. The salmon was already cooked and put into the takeout bowls. When I placed my order, they just put a ladle of curry "soup" into my takeout bowl and then served it to me.Overall, this is a decent spot in Philly. Philly doesn't have a strong Asian food scene so compared to other spots in the area, this one is decent. The Reading Market Terminal is a bit loud and busy on a Saturday afternoon so finding a seat to eat is a bit of a challenge.

Typically a very solid lunch option. Haven't been in some time, but went today and the service was cheerful but the food was abysmal. I ordered chicken Pad Thai and got a container of what I think were day old rice noodles that had been chopped into bite sized pieces with wilted vegetables and herbs mixed in. A generous portion of peanuts covered up the crime. This was absolutely a relic from yesterday's service. I never leave reviews, but I'm leaving one today to ask Little Thai not to sell anyone else their stale, leftover food. Super disappointing.

Their salmon curry has always been my favorite lunch meal, when I used to work in center city. A simple Thai meal you would find on the street of Thailand. Something a Thai local would eat for lunch on their work day. Flavor is still missing that Thai kick, but it’s the closest we can get to the work day street food of Thailand

Supposedly one of the decent lunch spots at Reading Terminal. Came by to try the highly rated Salmon curry, and I was slightly disappointed. The salmon was indeed big, but there wasn't anything super interesting about the taste. The curry is a yellow curry, and they basically make a huge batch in which they pour on top of your platter of rice/salmon/broccoli. To be honest, it was a little too watery for me. Since I worked at an authentic Thai restaurant for a few years, this place was a bit disappointing. Waiting for my food felt like I was in a conveyor; they were just making a bunch of platters and at the end "topped it off" with whatever you ordered. For me, eating here one time is enough; I don't think I would come back for anything else.Rating: 4.5/10Pros: Big salmon, easy lunch spotCons: long line
