Yesterday, my friends and I had a 6:30 pm reservation at LMNO that we booked about a week in advance, and the only option available was outdoor seating with heaters in winter. A few of our friends were coming from out of state, so this was the only time we could all get together. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that the heaters couldn’t be turned on because of an ice sculpture outside and that we couldn’t be moved indoors. We were also told they had just found out about the ice sculpture that same day, which felt like poor organization from upper management and put unnecessary pressure on the hostesses to call and fix reservations last minute. When we asked why we weren’t informed beforehand, we were told it was “out of their control” and that their “phone was dead.” We were given mixed explanations such as outside seating being removed for the day or that they couldn’t close it online, which was confusing and frustrating. It was around 30 degrees outside, and the issue wasn’t the weather itself but the lack of communication before our reservation, which left us scrambling to find another place last minute on a Saturday night. Overall, we left disappointed and won’t be returning.

I love LMNO. You’ll come for the food, stay for the drinks, and return because of the staff. If the weather is nice i definitely recommend sitting outside for happy hour, you’ll catch the best sunset over the el line, the music is bumping, and can catch all the people traffic going between front and Frankford. For food I’ve tried the nachos, Bairria tacos, wings, carne asada (and of course the margs) and everything is 10/10 recommend. If your in fishtown looking for a great meal served by a highly hospitable staff definitely give LMNO a try you won’t regret it.

LMNO is such a great place, and I highly recommend to all! The food is delicious, the service is spectacular, and the restaurant is so cute. We came for happy hour, and the prices were very reasonable + the food was so good. Our bartender was kind, funny and considerate. I will definitely be coming back.
