Food was plain and not cooked well. Service was terrible and slow. The food is also expensive but for terrible quality. If you’re looking for food, you’d be better off going somewhere else.

This place is awful. The service is really bad. I waited an hour for my food. I am on my 3rd day here for training and I pray the rain stop or its delivery for the rest of my stay. The food came cold once I got it. So disappointing. I think they don’t care because the gratuity it already included.

My colleague and I arrived today on a delayed flight and decided to eat an early dinner this afternoon around 5pm. Tired from traveling, we decided to make it easy and eat at the hotel’s Local Restaurant. The bartender was also our waiter. He was very nice and took our order promptly. We ordered an appetizer and each of us ordered the Philly Cheesesteak as recommended. The next time we had contact with our waiter was about 45 minutes later when he served us all of our food at once. The sandwiches were extremely dry and barely warm. We were never asked if we needed anything, had our water refilled or asked if the food was good. To be fair, he was serving as bartender as I mentioned with about 3-4 customers/ employees at the bar. If I recall correctly, we were the only table separate from the bar. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in the quality of the food and service. With so many quality restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, I would recommend not choosing the Local Restaurant as your first choice. Our total bill with tip was approximately $78

They added 18% gratitude to Togo food after refusing to take an order over the phone from my room. Unbelievable abuse of the system. No food is worth eating here. I paid a tip to walk down there and wait over 30 minutes for food late night when the crowd wasn’t eating. Terrible policy for a hotel.

Waited 45 minutes for a burger and cheese steak. They eventually came out barely luke warm with cold fries. I mentioned the wait and cold food to the server. The server elevated his voice and announced to the entire room that it's not his fault and I shouldn't be angry with him. I told him to calm down and that I understand it's not his fault, that it's a managerial issue, and he continued to argue with me. Okay if your service is bad and food cold that's one thing. You never argue with the customer. Avoid this place for anything besides a beer.

Walked in at 1:30pm on a Thursday and sat down for 15 minutes with no service whatsoever. Didn't even see anyone working. It's in the bottom of a hotel so it's hard to find and the prices are high. Ended up leaving with to food.

Starbucks coffee and grab and go items, including fresh pastries, are served up for breakfast. They are also open for lunch, but my husband and I enjoyed dinner and wine at this spot. We were happy with our food and drinks, as well as the service. The ambience is especially pleasant with the tall glass enclosed venue. Located in the Sheraton, it is a nice spot for a bite or for drinks.

Please go literally anywhere but here. Walk outside and there are 10 better places with way better service. There’s lots of nice people in Philadelphia, but you won’t find any here.

Food is great, wine pours are generous, service is excellent.

Here for the half marathon. Grabbed a quick bite. Chicken wings were very good. Very attentive staff.

After waiting 30 minutes to be served andseeing other orders served in plastic boxes (not takeout), I split rather than suffer the additional insult of their crazy prices.

this place is a joke. the picture says it all.. that's what you call a $14 burger??? it wasnt even an 8oz. burger at all. it was seat your self which is awkward when its pack and most of the empty tables are dirty. only one waitress for everyone who looked like she was trying her best but clearly overwhelmed. if you stay at the 201 hotel .. save your money and eat elsewhere.

Stayed at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel and this place is adequate, considering all of the great food option available in Philly. Friendly gentleman bartender the first night we went, who made great drinks. The appetizers were decent. The second night we went, we actually ordered dinner. The food was nothing special. Our server was lovely, who stayed positive and upbeat and was also super attentive, despite being the restaurant that was seemingly having an off night due to understaffing and cranky customers. I'd have given this place a solid 2.5 stars, but she made up for it.
