Service sucked but the food was alright
Awful. I ordered coffee and it was never made. After 15 minutes I politely asked the woman at the takeout counter if she had the order. She ignored me. I tried to get help from other employees and they said the woman at the takeout counter was the only one who could help. I had to catch my flight so never got my coffee. Do not waste your time or money here.

OVERCHARGED ON PURPOSE!!!Everyone on their phone. QR code menus dont work. Then when you ask a human for service, it seems like an inconvenience. Paid in a hurry and I was overcharged unless their draft beers are 19 USD each (Just managed to check by scanning a QR on a pic from a previous review and they are 11$ each) Have filed a complaint because apparently gratuity was added without consent or they wrongly charged on purpose. Another way to say this is they STEAL FROM YOU.

I work in the airport and definitely won’t be coming back. Paid $7 for a cold brew that was basically all ice with barely any actual coffee. When I politely brought it up, the employee had an attitude and said there was nothing she could do. On top of that, she was using her gloved hands to grab ice instead of using an ice scoop, which is pretty unsanitary. Very disappointing experience.

Staff was amazing! Food was amazing!! Ordered the shrimp and grits, Was a little disappointed when I saw the amount of food for the price, then tasted it and it was delicious and worth it! Seasoned and cooked to perfection!
