The five stars overall review is because this is 100% what it claims to be: a small, divey Philly sports bar. Menu includes all-day breakfast and a few seasonal twists.

WHAT? How have I not reviewed you?? You are a bastion of late 70s/80s wood veneer paneling, a haven of free sports watching and cheap Jello shots (mmmm, gasoline flavor), and a Mecca of fries that may or may not be, probably definitely not Halal. Come to Locust Rendezvous at the beginning, middle, end, or any combination of your night, and enjoy all that the cheap eats, Philly crowd, and sports can offer. Also, surprisingly functional bathrooms for a space that looks the way it does.

This place is a delight, and caters to both locals and travelers alike (of which I’m the latter). You can genuinely feel the sense of community as you walk through the door, especially when you get recognized by the staff. Do note that it can get pretty crowded, though. Also, shoutout to Angel. They’re a phenomenal bartender.

Not sure what happened with the review I left last week so here I go again. This spot is one of my favs. The food never disappoints, especially the French Onion soup. I have never had one anywhere else that even comes close to the Vous! I usually sit at the bar and find the bartenders a pleasure. Although I must say Michele is my favorite. A must stop for anyone when in Philly.

One of the best spots in the city to get good food late at night. Definitely a great vibe and local gem.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options and some of the non-vegetarian options can be ordered without meat as well.

Came with a few friends for dinner on a. Saturday night. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak which was good but could have had more meat. Our server was good. My wine glass had lipstick on it and I had to send it back. The Chardonnay was good, as expected and drinks after that were decent. The nachos were ok but could have made them at home. The price was right and we finished all our food so I guess the place served our needs. Definitely a chill low key vibe for a center city bar or restaurant.

Everything you wish you local dive bar was. No frills, great staff, amazing food. Adding this to the list for every visit from now on

Nice little dive bar with decently priced drinks. Like the $4 mystery shots. A little tight space wise, but it's a bar so not a big deal. Didn't get to try any food.

I can’t speak to the atmosphere or the service since I only got takeout from here, but damn, it was genuinely the worst chicken parm sandwich I’ve ever had. It was SO bland, I cannot understate this - the chicken was not seasoned at all aside from the bread crumb coating. The marinara was also giving nothing and the buns were chewy?? The waffle fries were okay, but I only counted nine in my box. Anyway, maybe go for the drinks idk or order literally anything else, but definitely avoid the chicken parm.

Went for late lunch on recent weekday. Not at all crowded. Had the roast beef melt au jus. Very good sandwich. Beef was tender and juicy. Meatball spinach soup was tasty and full bodied. Our server was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely will return.

Nice place for grilled cheese and trivia. On weekdays. Came by on a Saturday night and the security guard had shared it was a 5 minute wait, until it reached a 30 minute wait a few moments later and stopped letting new people in about 10pm. Just too busy at that time.

Bouncer was a way to aggressive. Shoved us out the door just to sit with our friends. Just wanted to sit with our friends. Nothing else. Pushed me across the street.
