Alani is the best server here. She is sweet, attentive and professional. In a location that can have, let’s just say they are particular, clientele, she remains calm and friendly.

Service & meal was great. The server was very pleasant , he attended to me fairly fast. He recommended a ribeye and in fact was a great choice. The ribeye came out so juicy and full of charred flavor.
Texas margarita was so basic. Very clear it had no flavor or alcohol taste or any kind.

First time ever there waitress was great the food was not hot brussel sprouts mushrooms shrimp does sweet potato was sweltered I'm a burger which was supposed to be well done with red

French onion soup and wings and brussel sprouts win every time

Went to the Longhorn on Roosevelt Blvd. Would NOT recommend.
The Longhorn in Jenkintown/Abington is MUCH MUCH BETTER!

Wouldn’t recommend, girl that works there was in the bathroom with me at the same time did not wash her hands then was rolling silverware right in front of me as I was sitting at the bar. Go at your own risk.

The bar is wait all night inexperience bartender.
Service is completey awful time wait as of February 27,2025 the night bar tender should be fired ASAP

Bar dirty everywhere and not even polite bring water nor less wait on you.

Came because we love the longhorn steakhouse chain but boy was this experience rough. We sat at a partially full bar we ordered our drink fairly quick but it took well over 15 minutes to receive them. In that time I watched the bar tender refill 3 different other patrons drinks before finally making ours. Unfortunately that was our last drink of the night since our drinks sat empty even before our food came out. The food was delicious and we have no complaints other than a glass of water or another drink would of been fantastic to wash it down. To make matters worse the whole bar cleared and we had to flag down the bar tender just to close the tab so we could find another establishment to enjoy beverages from. Would not recommend sitting down to eat here but the food is good enough that take out would be worth it.

Our service was pretty good with a nice waiter but when we received our food it was cold and salty the only thing that was warm was the spinach dip which was amazing btw but everything else was cold wich then when I got my food it was that same food from before but was just sat in the microwave which made everything soggy and not the good old natural stove cooked flavor also there was a light that was flashing on and off which bothered my baby’s eyes overall this order was a 1 out of ten

Just picked up 90$ order an 3 of 5 orders missing bugers were missing sauce shrimp burnt no bread horrable never again will i call or eat there you drive 20min to pick up order get home an it wrong you call they do nothing about it but sorry . Notgood enough they should check the full order b4 it goes out all about the money no service.there are many steak restraints out there sovtime to find another ace to eat...stay away surly if you are picking up...

Never even made it inside. Went on wait list before arriving. Go inside when wait list says 1 more party ahead of you and apparently you're supposed to "check in" before receding a text. Then there's no silverware and sit us at a table when requesting a both so we walked out. Absolute terrible management. Should be embarrassed. Will never return

This was my first experience at Longhorn. I had the steak and shrimp. The steak was just how I requested and the shrimp was plenty. I couldn't finish it all.

Food was excellent!! Friday nights can be busy. Service staff is good, but kitchen staff seems limited for the many orders staff submits
Grill and/or kitchen staffing seems to need improvement.
