Came because we love the longhorn steakhouse chain but boy was this experience rough. We sat at a partially full bar we ordered our drink fairly quick but it took well over 15 minutes to receive them. In that time I watched the bar tender refill 3 different other patrons drinks before finally making ours. Unfortunately that was our last drink of the night since our drinks sat empty even before our food came out. The food was delicious and we have no complaints other than a glass...
This was my first experience at Longhorn. I had the steak and shrimp. The steak was just how I requested and the shrimp was plenty. I couldn't finish it all.

Food was excellent!! Friday nights can be busy. Service staff is good, but kitchen staff seems limited for the many orders staff submits
