I had the worst experience in this coffee shop and I knew it would be a bad experience when I walked up to the counter and needed to say hello to get the attention of the barista although she made eye contact with me when i walked up. Once I received my latte, I wanted to add some sweetener with the bottle labeled “honey syrup”. I asked if this would be good in my latte and the response was “if you think so”. I said “well what do you think? It says honey so just wondering if people would normally put it in a latte” and she replied with “well it’s honey and water. if you think it sounds good. then by all means, I recommend you add it” and she walked away. It was one of the worst coffee shop experiences i’ve ever had on top of having quite a crappy morning. You never know what people are going through. a little bit of kindness goes a long way and I was met with everything but that. I wouldn’t recommend this place based off of this interaction. it was just unnecessary rudeness. specifically from the girl with the heart shaped glasses.

I usually don’t like sweets, but I find myself constantly thinking about their cosmic brownie. The spicy bacon egg and pimento cheese sandwich is the cure for any hangover!!

This place is not only adorable but also has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the salted maple latte was delicious and the cinnamon roll was amazing.

I’ve been hearing about this spot for a while and I’m a sucker for pastries of all kinds. I dove in.
I was let down, here are the reasons why:
Atmosphere, I appreciate the vintage, grandma’s kitchen. It’s playful, but man, is it dirty. There were multiple spots waiting in line on the floor that has spilled items, it could have used a mop. Also the counter pick and trash directly underneath it, not for me. The counter was a bit gross - similar to the floor. Same about the tables and chairs. Also the way it’s set up, I understand space, but why am I waiting in line getting hit with multiple trash bags, and people trying to get to the bathroom?
Food. I got pigs and a blanket (which was really cold meat with cold, hardened cheese). I will say the cinnamon roll was tasty. The drink i received, also a decent matcha.
Service. Really nice, friendly folk.
Probably won’t return.

I drive 40 minutes to visit Lorettas. Friendly staff, excellent service, excellent product. I would be there every day if I lived closer!! Shoutout to manager Zoe and Pierce! They always provide such a friendly service and are extremely welcoming. Definitely check out this joint

Experience was overshadowed by how we were treated by staff. Sour energy from the two baristas working, met w total disdain while other customers they were friendly with. After sitting for a while they CLAPPED when we got up to leave? It is upsetting to feel the need to leave a negative review for a small business but i also don’t like feeling bullied by the places im supporting! so i prob won’t be back
