Heads up bagels are delish but $16 for half dozen. While the bagels are vegan there are little to no vegan options for spreads :(

I sort of enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese although the egg was pretty overcooked (no runny/jammy yolk when claimed to be over easy) and requested hot sauce was suuuper minimal. My husband couldn't eat his because of the heavy fennel flavor on the everything bagel. Not your average everything seasoning for sure! Decent bread texture though!Oh and I made the mistake of ordering through direct order, don't do that! It does not go through to the cafe and charges you anyway.

I cannot comment on the food. We did a prepaid order a few days in advance for bagels for break the fast. About an hour before scheduled pick up time today they called to say they had run out! We then had to scramble to pick up something elsewhere as we had committed to bring food. Not how I wanted to spend the holiday. The excuse was they had a lot of advance orders. As is obvious that is a ridiculous excuse since they knew what they needed for advance orders days before. If they had a problem they could have alerted us a day or two before when we could have made alternative arrangements. To wait till the last minute either means they have no idea what their inventory is or they prioritized same day walk in orders which is reprehensible. They said they were sorry but they did not seem very sorry on the phone. More like an uncaring machine. A quality business would have offered something to entice us to try them at a future date. As is we will never go there and will recommend everyone we know not go there. Clearly management at least is incompetent with no concern for their customers.

Visiting Philly preparing for my move here and stopped by this afternoon to grab a ice coffee and a snack. I had a latte and a friend of mine had some tea and the pretzels. Everything was amazing and the coworker there was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I will come back to in the future.

Really awesome food. The bagel sandwiches were amazing. I’m giving it 3 stars because the cashier was very rude to me and kept giving me attitude when I asked about the different types of bagels. Also, the baked goods I purchased were very burnt. I’d come back again for the bagel sandwiches.

Friendly staff, you can order online ahead of time, at the counter, or self service at the kiosks against the windows. They have a variety of flours, spreads, and jams as well as fridge things like pizza dough, sauce, butter, and lox. Got the steak and eggs bagel sammie on sesame... Might I add the bagel had sesame on BOTH sides!?
