Food is sub-par. Much better Indian food at other restaurants. The biryani was soggy, the naan was soggy, the only decent dish was the bhinda masala. The owner was talking loudly about how great Trump is a day after the election. Talking with other customers about how abortion is a sin and how immigrants shouldn't be allowed in the country. Avoid these horrible people unless you love Trump and bad food.

Exceptional flavor. Ever so often I am drawn back to Lovash for the best Indian taste experience in Philly. The mushroom vindaloo is excellent as is the peshawari naan.

Also very affordable. $11 dinner entrees.

We have been coming to this restaurant now for a few years and have tried out other Indian restaurants too. The food is hands down the best.

Loved the lamp chops, saag paneer, korma, samosa, and whole variety of naan.

On top of the great food - Mohan and everyone else at Lovash are so friendly and welcoming. If I move away, I will miss coming here.

FANTASTIC!

I have been coming here for decades. My friend Mohan is the owner and is always very nice. The restaurant is very clean. Bathrooms are spotless. The food is fantastic and if you love Indian food without all of the heat, like me, just ask for your food to be prepared "Mild". I have never had a problem here and the waitstaff is knowledgeable. If you want a very friendly environment that is always on their game, please come! Thanks always Mohan! ~Daniel and Yeremiah

Pictures: Samosa, Raita, Kashmiri Naan, Vegetable Korma, Chicken Masala.

Parking: Street parking here is pretty good.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of art on the walls and plenty of things to look at. They have many different rooms which are great for kids.
