STAY AWAY!
Arrived from a long flight and super hungry. Saw this place on the airport terminal and decided to order breakfast for my family. Ordering is via app and very difficult! After placing my order and waiting 45 min, I spoke with the female manager and canceled the order. I told her to make sure the $125.00 charge is removed from my credit card. A week later and it posted on my card! Just contested the charge and notified my card company to fraud!

Staff behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful, but host was incredibly rude. She was yelling at people for not knowing to sit and scan for a “dine in” experience. She told me to leave after sitting there for 45 minutes and ordering a 30 dollar breakfast with two coffees, directing me to sit in the gate across the hall because I didn’t want to order anything else. I would totally understand this if the restaurant was busy, but there were 20 open seats and it was not even half full. Honestly wanted to spill my coffee on her.

Fletcher was our bartender and this guy brings a vibe. My flight was super delayed along with many others due to weather but he made a super fun and light hearted atmosphere that I couldn’t help but enjoy myself. He clearly has a passion for what he does and it was so refreshing. Thank you!

Horrible service experience! Server was so nice initially when the tab was open… after it was closed and over a $100 tab for two wines and a cheesesteak.. I was rudely asked by now the nasty server to leave because a couple was looking for two seats together… note there were numerous two seats available together but not in the front section..,my glass wasn’t even empty! I refused to leave and explained that I was not finished and already paid $100 for this seat! Rather embarrassed and offended!!! I travel here frequently but will go elsewhere to be treated like a human being!! Need to change their name as there is no Love at this grill!! And I’m a frequent traveler to PA!! Will never be back!

This place charged gave my cheesesteak to the woman who came in after me AFTER I STOOD THERE AND WAITED 15 MINUTES. I ended up leaving without my food yo make my flight. Unbelievable.

Stopped at the bar on a layover. Good selection of beers, conversation with staff and other customers really friendly. Good choice of screens. Thought about eating there, looked across at the grills, changed my mind.

I ordered long islands that tasted pretty good . I was able to eat outside inside of Iove grill inside the airport . The tip is automatically included if you not aware you will tip over . The bill was originally $44 for two large by island my waiter told me $72 then corrected the bill after my concern .

The grossest $20 grill chicken sandwich of my life. Tasteless dry breast after a 30 min wait for my order - employees were too busy watching Monday night football. Employee will not call out that your order number is ready and the system will not text you an alert either. Order was totally wrong than what was ordered (as demonstrated by the order receipt). Do not waste your money here. What’s worse, there’s a “living wage” fee that’s is added to your order to reward bad service

Would be 1 star but I’ve had good experiences before. Today though? Nah.
Bartender over served and over charged me to up his gratuity and seemed like he’d like to be anywhere else in the world in the process. Never once uttered the word double, yet “that’s what he thought I said.” Ok, bro. I’ve been in the business, guy knew what he was doing.
I paid the total. Tipped him what I normally do, but if I see that guy behind the bar, I will pass. Enjoy LOVE Grill, when your bartender either over-serves the wrong person or has to give away product to compensate when people who didn’t order doubles are charged for them, and he makes it right by fixing the bill (which he tried with me).
Food was terrible! Let me explain about a Chicken and Cheese sandwich with french fries…the bread was great the chicken was so awefully dry, the advertised provolone cheese was absent as well as the onions was a terrible shredded chicken sandwich..for the price it should have more and different ingredients…the french fries were soft I could say almost mushy…I left the fries and half a sandwich…the price was absurd on top of it the bad quality…no prices advertised should be prohibited at the airport or anywhere else…..ON TOP OF THE TOP I got FOOD POISIONING THERE…I am still recuperating from Tuesday’s meal…But because it is an airport one night stand people go away without any consecuences for them..I even told a gentleman in front of me not to order it…maybe at least I saved his day…Why would you run a joint like that with prices like that with a look like decent setting and no one to be able to cook a decent flavorful healthy meal with someone to supervise the kitchen and their cooks? I vote for it to be INSPECTED AND CLOSED.
