The grossest $20 grill chicken sandwich of my life. Tasteless dry breast after a 30 min wait for my order - employees were too busy watching Monday night football. Employee will not call out that your order number is ready and the system will not text you an alert either. Order was totally wrong than what was ordered (as demonstrated by the order receipt). Do not waste your money here. What’s worse, there’s a “living wage” fee that’s is added to your order to reward bad service

Worst cheesesteak sandwich ever. No flavor with minced meat that was likely taken from a can. It's simply horrible.

Would be 1 star but I’ve had good experiences before. Today though? Nah.

Bartender over served and over charged me to up his gratuity and seemed like he’d like to be anywhere else in the world in the process. Never once uttered the word double, yet “that’s what he thought I said.” Ok, bro. I’ve been in the business, guy knew what he was doing.

I paid the total. Tipped him what I normally do, but if I see that guy behind the bar, I will pass. Enjoy LOVE Grill, when your bartender either over-serves the wrong person or has to give away product to compensate when people who didn’t order doubles are charged for them, and he makes it right by fixing the bill (which he tried with me).

Food was terrible! Let me explain about a Chicken and Cheese sandwich with french fries…the bread was great the chicken was so awefully dry, the advertised provolone cheese was absent as well as the onions was a terrible shredded chicken sandwich..for the price it should have more and different ingredients…the french fries were soft I could say almost mushy…I left the fries and half a sandwich…the price was absurd on top of it the bad quality…no prices advertised should be prohibited at the airport or anywhere else…..ON TOP OF THE TOP I got FOOD POISIONING THERE…I am still recuperating from Tuesday’s meal…But because it is an airport one night stand people go away without any consecuences for them..I even told a gentleman in front of me not to order it…maybe at least I saved his day…Why would you run a joint like that with prices like that with a look like decent setting and no one to be able to cook a decent flavorful healthy meal with someone to supervise the kitchen and their cooks? I vote for it to be INSPECTED AND CLOSED.

Sat here for a couple hours waiting for my flight to Dallas. All I did was have Tito‘s on the rocks with olives, that was until the first batch of olives were utterly disgusting. I don’t know if they were sitting next to a heater or just not properly refrigerated, but they were deteriorating. They tasted like they were bad. Bartender was friendly, but didn’t really have a solution for me except for Tito‘s without olives.. place was over priced and really Mid.. The icing on the cake was when I asked for a printed receipt they couldn’t even provide me with that. I won’t be back.

The low star rating for this place is well-deserved. The coffee was cold, the food was burned, and the portions were far too small for the price. While the servers were friendly, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered breakfast, thinking it would be hard to mess up—but I was proven wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Have a breakfast and Omelette was made to order, fresh. Quick service. Quite pricey $35 for a breakfast. Very convenient shared tables with power outlets

Almost no cheese, onions or mushrooms, mediocre meat at best, horrible fries. Supremely overpriced, even for airport food.

The only reason I gave this place 4 stars was due to it being located in the airport and there is a lot of traffic. The food was excellent. The scrambled eggs and sausage are a must and the pancakes were crispy on the edges IYKYK, light and tender on the inside.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at Love Grill in the Philly airport, and it was an absolute disaster. I ordered a cheesesteak, which turned out to be a tasteless, overpriced mess. The meat was dry and tough, the bread was hard and stale, and the cheese—if you can even call it that—was barely noticeable. For the price they charged, I expected at least something edible, but this was borderline inedible.

To add insult to injury, the entire ordering process is a scam. You have to order through a QR code, which seems modern and convenient until you realize how deceptive it is. Hidden fees pop up during checkout, and the interface is designed to make it difficult to see how much you're actually paying until it's too late.

If you’re stuck at the airport, do yourself a favor and avoid Love Cafe at all costs. You’ll regret wasting your money and time on this overpriced garbage.

Typical overpriced airport food, but it was so nice to have wonderful service and some ‘Merican food after being out of the country for awhile. The cheesesteak was good.

Place looked like itd be solid but the chicken tenders and fries were unseasoned and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. They were practically unedible. Wife’s chicken cheesesteak was dry but edible
