The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. However, the food, which is the most important aspect, is only okay and overpriced. My steak, ordered medium, was cooked well-done. Worse, we found a hair in one of our dishes. We unfortunately discovered it too late—the hair was embedded in the food, so it couldn't have been ours, and the color didn't match.

We visited Lucha Cartel while in town for a wedding and had a good experience overall. We were looking for a spot to hang out and enjoy some appetizers, and this place delivered.
Food: • Veg Nachos: These were a highlight—flavorful and served with jalapeños (which we usually have to request elsewhere). The unique touch of radish as a topping was surprising and added a fresh crunch we haven’t seen at other spots. • Chicken Tacos: Well-spiced and delicious, they were definitely a hit at our table.
Service & Atmosphere: We arrived on Friday around 8:45 PM and, despite having a reservation, didn’t need it as the crowd was light. We were seated immediately. However, by 9:30 PM, they started transitioning the space into a nightclub, which involved removing tables and chairs around us. While it was a bit disruptive, they do note this on their website, so we were aware it might happen.
Overall: Great food with unique touches and a lively vibe, but the late-night transition to a club might not be for everyone. If you go earlier in the evening, it’s a fun spot to enjoy some tasty eats.

The food was delicious and the drinks were imaginative and also delicious! There was a little bit of confusion with our order but we were a larger group and the staff was very personable. Great place to hang out and chat until they started the music for the dance party. It sounded like fun though so I might go just for that sometime. I will definitely come here again.
Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian or vegan options for several of their more popular dishes. I will be bringing my friend who eats a mostly plant based diet here just because they have more interesting options

used to love this place but unfortunately will not be returning. weird rules about where dogs can sit at their outdoor seating tables, but proceeded to only seat all customers without dogs at the tables where dogs are allowed until they were full. unfriendly atmosphere. definitely better Mexican food in the area

You want Latin, Lucha Cartel is fun, tastey, and has excellent tequila cocktails! The pastor tacos are fantastic! I had mezcal margaritas, smokey and citrus with a salt rim, yes! Then dance salsa on Tuesdays and weekends!

I'd heard a lot about this place over the years, finally went. It was good. I wasn't blown away, but it wasn't bad. Food was good, service was good, interior was kinda cool. That's all. A solid 4 stars.
Parking: It's in a very popular and busy part of downtown, so parking can be a challenge.

One of the best of the best Mexican Restaurants anywhere in the World! Amazingly delicious food here. Fire grilled shrimp on the fajitas were especially great. My top recommendation- very cool vibe here too. Friendly staff and management and quite reasonable prices too.
