Lucky 13's wings were suggested to me by a local non-vegan food writer and wow, they are the best. It's great to have a local bar with such a good vegan menu!
Great hole in the wall, we were walking down the street and came across this hidden gem. Great wings! Great service! If I'm in the area in the future I'll totally stop by for a cold one!

Server was perfectly nice, spot was clean and bar was cool, but $16+ for a martini special that was (witnessed to be) Bankers Club, Hershey's chocolate syrup and Baileys was kind of a deal breaker.
Great food and love the citywide special
I have been here four times over the course of about two years and I swear they must have some anti-hand soap agenda. I’ve only ever gone during the daytime/early evening, and not once has there been legitimate hand soap in their single-stall bathroom; it’s always some watered down remnants of soap. I guess I’ve always missed the off-occasions where that one watery refilled bottle of hand soap is fresh? It’s a shame because they have fantastic wings which is what kept me coming back- I especially love their fire sauce, super spicy with great flavor. But most importantly, I’d love to be able to wash my hands before and after eating said wings. Once, twice - maybe a coincidence. But four visits and no soap? I’d also like to add that the bathroom had a very pungent smell of urine during our most recent visit. I worry what the back of house is like if that’s how the front of house is presented to customers. What’s the deal?!

Shaque has a personality like zero. It's supposed to be a fun game show and he makes it feel like a boring contest. He needs to go back and do something purposeful in basketball... Stay away from game shows as if it continues like it is, it'll never make it to next season.
Great dive bar feel! Friendly staff and solid drink selection.

PROS: Lots of seating, vegetarian/vegan options, good beer options, good service, generally good dive
CONS: pricey for what it is, they charge extra for using card, beer prices aren’t listed (you will have to ask server for price of each beer if you want to compare), prices on website are higher than what is charged at the bar. Paid $73ish for two apps and two beers each at a dive bar (with tip). Seitan wings are generally too salty.
Overall, I’ve been here a few times. It’s good for what it is. There aren’t many good alternatives in the area, so if you’re looking for a dive vibe, this is probably the best you’ll find within easy walking distance. Better for drinks than it is for food, still not exactly cheap.

Went with with my lgbtqgta+ friends and had a wooooonderf time. Felt like a fairy. 10/10
Best little local pub just off Passyunk. We dropped our grandchildren off after having them over the weekend, and stopped here to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail before heading back to New Jersey. I had Poutine and it was amazing! My husband had a brisket sandwich with a Brussels' sprouts. We will definitely be back!

Lucky 13 rocks.Clark is the best.Ask for a Morale Booster if you need a new drink idea.A great selection of draft and bottled beer. The food rocks. Mac & Cheese is amazing. The jukebox has the finest handpicked selections.I hear there is a rumor of this bar getting a helper monkey to scamper around and pick up empty bottles.

If I lived in South Philly, this would be my go to bar. Good beers, nice people. Hardly anyone was on the phone at the bar, and I talked to the people on both sides of us.
Parking: I think there may be a free city parking lot super close?
