The customer service was good. The delivery was good. My food had a hair in it. This was not my first time ordering from them. This was the first time it wasn't up to my approval. I usually order spicy shrimp egg foo young. This time I ordered shrimp lo mein . It was very dry, I was in the middle of eating it & it was a hair in it. Can you imagine ??Anyway I don't know how my children food was. I'm putting them on punishment.

I remember when they first opened when I was a kid :). Never had an issue with their food. General tsos chicken is crispy every time. Also, they always made good burgers/steaks & chicken and broccoli. Crystal is the sweetest and her husband has always been on point with delivery.

Various items will be meh but overall great.
I usually like their food, but I order Curry chicken, it wasn't done, it was in some kind of clear crazy sauce with vegetables, it was horrible... DON'T ORDER CURRY CHICKEN
Lucky Wok id a family go to for Chinese food. Its always cooked to perfection and in a timely manner.
They said they were “too far” but they were literally 6 blocks from my house...

My first time here, I order beef & broccoli. Traditionally beef & broc doesn’t come this dry, and to top it off its not even good. so if your reading this try to avoid this order, maybe they specialized in something else cause this is not it, disgusting!
