I have been patronizing M & M restaurant for many years. Marion and Margaret are the owners and operators of this little neighborhood eatery, a true husband and wife operation, the food is delicious and the service is great. It can get crowded especially on weekends, it a hole in the wall in the heart of Port Richmond and worth it.

I came to this diner on the recommendation of my colleague, and it was a pleasant surprise! I intended to order the cabbage soup, but there's pork already premade with the soup--which I can't eat--so I opted for the potato and cheese perogies instead. My dish was delightful and filling; it tasted nothing like the perogies served at school! These had a warm, luscious layer of dough that encompassed mashed potato and cheese inside. It was very indulgent and tasted like a guilty pleasure because the perogies were slightly dripping with grease. The caramelized onions topped on the perogies were surprisingly tasteful and truly made the dish perfect! The ambiance was cozy with cute holiday decor. Quick and friendly service from the couple that owns the restaurant. I also appreciate that the restaurant and its restroom were clean. I recommend this Polish restaurant to anyone!

Absolutely amazing experience and food, truly authentic home cooked food. I've been going here since I was young and it's great to see that the quality has stayed the same and the atmosphere is very homey. The service is so quick and she is very tentative to everyone in there. Highly recommend the pierogis and cabbage soup!

I have been going here since I was about 17-18, I took my family kids grew up eating there every weekend. They love the food. I'm so disappointed that alot of the menu has been lessened, but since covid they probably took a hard hit. Our kids know each other. And they probably had to lessen the menu as they don't have the help in the back with I believe the mother she would be brewing the delicious soups peeling potatoes doing dishes, now it's only the 2 husband and wife. Boy I never thought that they would stop the borscht soup and cabbage and vegetable. And the pierogi's are amazing as well as the cream dried beef. They have awesome pork and kraut and mashed, and chicken cutlets and pork chops, I was just there Sunday I spent 80.00 something dollars because I get food to go home with. Unfortunately no soup at all was served on Sunday. But it was still awesome I LOVE YOU GUYS ATT M&M. FROM DENNIS AND DARLENE STACEY JR
