Highly recommend, food is outstanding and the staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely the Italian gem in Northeast Philadelphia.

Highly recommend Macaroni’s Restaurant. My Son and Daughter-in-law took me for a belated Father’s Day lunch to this incredible restaurant.
We were lead to the P-Square bar by the gracious owner Davide. We were then asked if we would like a cocktail while we were waiting to order. Our Bartender Sean was the best, he made several recommendations from the menu and we ordered just that. His knowledge of the menu and dessert sold us.
The Food and the service was excellent!
The Restaurant inside along with the outside bar are comfortable and beautiful.
5.0 Stars… looking forward to returning with friends soon.

HORRIBLE RESTAURANT SERVICE I do not advise you to return to this establishment, because when you get the bill, they will ask you for a small tip and will not let you out until you leave the tip they indicated on the calculator with the manager 😡

First and foremost, my reservation was at 7pm and our table wasn’t ready until 7:30pm. Keep in mind it’s my birthday and we were a predominantly African American and Hispanic group.The host was very nice and welcoming and told us that we could go to the outside bar until our table was ready. My party walked to the back and I let the host know that the other lady said we could come and wait outside.The outdoor host asked in a rude tone, “did we have a reservation?”. I let the host know that we did and she said, “ok I don't see it” I told her my name again and she said it finally came up. We proceeded to take pictures in the back seating area near the bar and she came over and rudely told us we couldn’t wait back there. I told her that the host said we could while we waited for our table but she says we can take pictures but everyone can’t stand back there. She stands and watches us while we’re taking pictures as if we aren’t literally near the bar where the glass is see through. We decide to walk to the bar because we felt uncomfortable because she was staring at us the entire time. I order a drink from the bar waiting for time to pass and the bartender with the tattoos on her leg was very rude and dismissive. Our table was finally ready and we waited around an hour and a half for our food until it came out. When the food came out someone of my party let the server know that they weren’t satisfied with the filet that they ordered and he said that we can’t keep sending food back but nothing was sent back the entire night? I was very disappointed with the service and I expected more from this establishment! Our party spent over $1000 and we were not pleased with our service.

It was very good. I never had lamb chops before but these were so juicy, delicious, and melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were so creamy. The music was slightly too loud so we had to move, but the playlist was really good. My partner said that the atmosphere was really nice it felt like home ina way. The servers was really nice and consistent.

This is a gem in the Northeast. My family and I love Macaroni’s. Their food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. It's right in our neighborhood, so we don't have to go too far for fine dining. I am so grateful for their fantastic staff, welcoming and always happy to see us.

Wow what an amazing experience ! Starting with the service - our waiters never missed a beat ! Gio was a GEM ! The staff really made sure my mom felt special on her birthday. The food was incredible - everything was made to perfection. We all said that was one of best meals we had in a really long time. Also as you looked around, it seemed that every patron was truly enjoying themselves. The new layout is cozy and intimate. Great time !

This is one of the best places in Philly. Amazing drinks, great pizza. Consistently good all around.
The fish over the rice ( bit greasy ) and the spinach was salty. One of the older caucasian male servers was a bit rude in his demeanor. The 2 table seating was a bit cramped.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian selections on the menu but they do not have a vegetarian section
Parking: The overall restaurant experience was ok.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is not for children.
The three of us went out for a lovely dinner before ny 25 yr old son was flying back home in a.m. Mother ordered eggplant stack & scallops. Raved ! My son, the meatballs & pasta vodka sauce. Amazed 👏. I had the Pasta bolognese Delicious! ( took half home, generous portions). We shared a bottle of Caymus 🍷 . Dave our waiter attentive. Alex his assistant fabulous young man. Attentive as well as polite, mannerly, friendly & nice. We all enjoyed Creme Brule cake & my Mother had a Cappuccino, think it was her first ever. That she remembers. 10 /10 really don't want to share this because it's going to be even more difficult to get a reservation. 🤪
Kid-friendliness: If you, your kids, have no manners, please don't go. Some children have the manners, polite & can stay in their seat- this restaurant is for them...unless it's in good weather & your party/ family is sitting in their outdoor space w/ bar & TV. Yeassss. Ty

My girlfriends and I went here for a Christmas get together and it was lovely! Cozy atmosphere and the staff was very attentive. The food and the drinks were delicious! We'll be making this our annual Christmas spot!...but will definitely be returning a few times before that!
