I walked in last minute looking for a last minute 30th birthday cake & the team was able to accommodate me and turn this around in less than two hours. Everything here is DELICIOUS. We've had the cookies, cupcakes, cakes... and have loved it all. It's crazy how artistic the designs are, yet not at the expense of flavor! That is what makes this shop the best. Service is also amazing- everyone is so nice.

Its a shame, I tasted these cupcakes from someone else & thought they were so good I took a pic of the box. When I tried to place a custom order with Madison she told me she was in the car & couldn’t hear me so she would call me back but never called back. When I called again & left a vm still no returned call but she had time to post on instagram several times since. I really don’t understand but ok i’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I just got the chocolate m&m cookie here this past Friday, honestly it was incredible. Very soft and the m&ms have ir a nice light crunch. It was also a big cookie, maybe about the size of my hand.

Madison K Cookies were so flexible and accommodating with my questions and requests, they were all really nice! Not giving 5 stars because I wrote exacting what I wanted the cookies to say and somehow the person’s name was spelled wrong. It was upsetting because for the price I was expecting them to be perfect. Also embarrassing to give them out at the party with the person being honored name spelled incorrectly.—-Adding to this review. Madison was very sweet and compensated for the mistake. Will definitely re order for another party. Cookies were a hit!

Cookies are fun, but do not buy candy there. The stock is old and stale. Almost broke a tooth on the Good & Plentys I bought, and other candies similarly way past their 'sell by' date. It wasn't just the Good & Plentys. I was prompted for a review so I submitted. Timing not intentional.

Incredibly friendly and helpful, I just had their chocolate covered pretzels, and they were amazing. The Reese’s Pieces pretzels are Next Level!!! I placed a custom cookie order for my partner’s 29th birthday complete with his favorite old school video game characters and Madison went above and beyond! The cookies were equally beautiful and delicious!In addition, I had to request an earlier pick up date then we had originally agreed on and Madison was more than accommodating! All around a wonderful business and phenomenal customer service!

What I asked for Vs. what i got. Absolute perfection. The whole experience was better than I could’ve asked for. First I ordered these cookies very last minute and I asked for 7 different designs and I asked to pick up my order outside of business hours and Madison accommodated every request. The best customer service I’ve ever had. She matched my design requests perfectly and on top of it all the cookies were delicious. I will definitely be ordering these for my next party.
