The staff were super friendly and professional, while the food was delicious.

I would like to specifically say that unfortunately a server tripped, causing a platter to fall. However, the staff handled it exceptionally well, asking if we were okay, and cleaning it up lightening fast.

This restaurant was great, recommended.

I ordered clams with white sauce. They gave me a bunch of clams in the shell on a bed of lingerie. I specifically told them that I didn't want that. I told them I don't want a buncha hard shell clams on a bed of spaghetti and that's exactly what they gave me. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about this until I got home and opened it to eat. And they charged me $29!

My partner and I come here for special occasions. The staff is so sweet and attentive. This restaurant really knows how to make it’s guests feel welcome! We love Maggiano’s so much that we keep coming back. Thank you for making our occasions so special for us. Also the Tiramisu is really good, take my word for it.

Dietary restrictions: Accommodating to people with peanut allergies aswell!

We were in the area traveling on business. Our table did the family dining and it was totally worth the price! Our server RJ took great care of us, and was super attentive. Everything we had was phenomenal.
I had the Egg Plant Parmesan (see photo)

Being from out of town on spaghetti Wednesday we decided to try Maggiano's, it didn't disappoint. We started with the bruschetta, which was great and split a spaghetti dinner (being a little older you don't eat as much, lol). Our server, Graham was excellent with suggestions and we ended up getting 2 sides of spaghetti, saving a couple of bucks (good for seniors on fixed incomes). Overall, a great spaghetti Wednesday in Philadelphia!

Delicious pasta, but the best thing was the attention, I was attended to by a very friendly boy Luis, very happy with his attention

Food and service were fantastic! Our server was a little in the weeds when we were first seated but this was quickly recognized (or communicated amongst staff) and the manager came over to welcome us, answer questions, and get our drink orders and bread service started. For me this is truly a sign of a great establishment. Things continued to be wonderful once Bert, our server, joined our evening. He was the perfect balance of attentive and distant so we could enjoy our meal without want and our own company without interruption. The food was also fantastic. We ordered the family style service with shared appetizers, entrées, and desserts (an amazing value for groups) which was coursed perfectly. Fried selections (zucchini appetizer, chicken and eggplant parms) were wonderfully crisp and not greasy at all. Pastas (shrimp alfredo, rigatoni alla vodka) were perfectly cooked with outstanding sauces. Cheese on the parms perfectly complemented the dishes rather than smothering the other flavors. Salt levels were also spot on (over use of salt is often an apprehension I have about Italian establishments). For dessert, the chocolate cake was the perfect amount of rich and could have been shared by four people alone, the tiramisu was beautiful light, and the apple pastry was delicious with a wonderful crust and not overly spiced or sweetened apples. The only minor critique I have was that, for me, the apple pastry needed twice the amount of apples to reach the same level of excellence presented everywhere else in the meal (though I would still highly recommend it if that's what speaks to you on the dessert menu). An amazing experience!
