Go-to food truck spot behind the design school on Penn's campus. Or on Spruce. I like coming here on cooler days because the food is warm and filling. I don't have a favorite because everything they have recommended hits the spot - make sure to ask for recommendations. Friendly duo.

You have to try their Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies ?

One of my go-to food trucks on campus if I want something healthier.

The hummus is the best anywhere. My go to is the Seitan pepper steak, on rice or salad, delicious and unique.

Best vegetarian food around, AND the only food truck that takes cards!

This is a food truck located on the southwest corner of Walnut and 34th and it has really tasty vegetarian food. The owners are really nice (SEE BELOW) and have been open for more than 30 years. They have many vegetarian and vegan options that are really great. They take cash and credit (SEE BELOW) and I plan on returning at some point.**Update**If you pay with credit, which they have chosen to accept, you will be lectured for living a "luxurious lifestyle of credit" by the male owner. Completely ruined my afternoon and lunch break. If I can help it, I won't be frequenting Magic Carpet any longer. The choice to accept credit is literally yours and yours alone friend. Take out your frustration in running a small business and the culture of banking on someone else, or simply stop accepting cards. So confusing.

The trucks are located at the corner of 34th and Walnut and also 36th and Spruce. I can’t get enough of this place!! My favorite is baked tofu, but the tamale and soup are amazing too. I go literally every week so didn’t eat this in one time!

One of my go-to food trucks on campus if I want something healthier. Recs: - Bella Donna (tofu meatballs) -- add spicy sauce! - For portions, even their smaller size will be fine if you're not super hungry - My favorite thing of theirs is the banana chocolate chip oatmeal cookies - to die for! Many times I'll stop by the truck just to pick up a couple of cookies for my friends and I. You can taste the banana in the batter. Wouldn't recommend the other cookie options over this one though - banana chocolate chip is unanimously the best, Didn't give a truck a full 5/5 though because I still end up preferring food trucks with meat options at the end of the day, but this is a great vegetarian choice!
