The spicy dry pot and bbq were very good!!!
I give 2 for the taste and 1 for the service. (I edited it to 1, reason as below)There is no doubt that dry hot pot is really flavorful and service is prompt. But there is a over price, they charged us 10.99 for duck intestine but duck intestine is not on the menu just “recommended” when we order. I don’t really think it’s a smart way to recommend their new products without giving a reasonable price.I am pretty sure I never called them and never apologized(Miao Miao Miao??) for whatever reason that I am not the one to apologize for anything, as the owner replied:)It is definitely you bc you can see clearly what’s on the receipt.
Really good food and the employees are really really nice people
This place is amazing!!! Very nice people and the greatest customer service. The food is amazing with the beef and veggies super fresh. The best hot pot in northeast.
Used to love this place especially when they first opened. Me and my bf used to come here every week for their lunch special because it was 5 minutes from where we lived. However, the amount they give gets fewer as time goes along but that isn't even the issue. The problem is they didnt include mung bean noodle anymore for the lunch dry pot. They used to have a side of mung bean noodle and I always pay for an extra serving of the mung bean. Their dry pot is great and used to be very flavorful. I stopped coming here after 2 times of not getting the mung bean noodle because I wasn't informed of the menu changes. The flavor isn't there anymore which was quite a disappointment.
The place was clean. The service was good. The hot pot style meal was not able to be cooked at the table -- disappointing, but it was cooked in the kitchen and tasted delicious. Hopefully they can bring back the Hot Pot experience soon.
Everythings over-priced, especially in a place like Philly where there are other places to go that the locals would recommend. This is just another "modern" attempt at a traditional family meal that ruins the concept. If u wanna go modern, do it like K-Pot or King Ting, they still hold the traditional hot pot factor, with a modernized twist. The only half-semi good thing was the beef rolled around the cucumber, which was pretty tasty.
The food is yummmy my mommy and daddy love it
After going all the way to center city for hotpot, we finally stumbled upon a local gem.

Their food is great, it's very fresh! The staff is awesome and very helpful for hotpot newbies! Great atmosphere overall.
Great food and nice staff...especially the girl that work behind the counter.
Great experience!
Be careful!!! The waiter there tried to rip you off!!! The food is ok but they have no moral or ethic!!! They talk customers into ordering their "specialties" that are not listed on the menu, but do not tell you they will charge ten times the regular price.
The service here is always attentive and they are on point. They constantly clear the table after the dishes are put into the hotpot, the service is attentive and not rushed. The soup bases are also great, the pork bone and Tom Yun soup are my favorites. I have been here 4-5 times and the service is always great and the food comes out promptly.
