The pizza here is the only pizza that my toddler will eat all, crust and everything. The lady behind the counter is rude and disrespectful. I guess my child will only be eating the cheese off pizza from somewhere else. I will not be treated disrespectfully while spending my hard earned money!

This hidden gem has some of the best food in Germantown. do yourself a favor and order Zak's Famous quesadilla. it's is the BOMB!!!!! the cashiers are always super friendly and the customer service is great! this is my new spot!

A quarter to 12 and only one sad looking pizza(probably from the night before) to choose a couble of slices. Makers started out OK, now seems to be going down hill. I hate to say all this and I hope the owners start to take some pride in the place again. JUst cleaning might help, a little.

At first I ordered at least twice a week from Maker. My first order was good, then anytime I asked for extra toppings or something for a cheesesteak I wouldn't get it. Then one night they ran out of hoagie rolls so I got a sandwich on a kaiser but again my special instructions were ignored and I got a dry sandwich that was supposed to be a steak on a Kaiser roll. I switched to order pizza and again my order was not as I asked for. No more chances.

This place has the best pizza ive had in a long long time. I ordered here for pick up the other day and the customer service was amazing. the pizza and mac and cheese was bussin. ill definitely be back soon.

I ordered pizza there last night. And went to go pick it up. The lady on the phone was rude. They overcharged me for delivery charge even though I picked it up. And insisted that they didn't but it was right on the receipt. I asked for the refund of delivery charge and it never happened. There are better places to order than this place. Stay away from it

I called to order for the First Time and it seemed to me that the person answering the phone didn’t know anything about the business. I asked for the everyday special of small pizza and 10 wings and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Then the price went up $3.00 after he got back on the phone!! I was hesitant about buying from a place that doesn’t offer Pork, and I think I’m going to stick to my original rule. I feel that a business that wants your business should stick by the price the menu says or change the online menu prices!! And to me Pork makes certain things taste better! Why wouldn’t they have pork products on Pizza? I’ll never get anything from them!!!

Food was cold and awful! The delivery guy had my wrong address and then he couldn’t find my correct address!!! Never ordering from here again!

I don’t know why this place has only 4 stars. I’ve been here half a dozen times and the pizza is always good, which is hard to find in the area. Good prices too. My go to spot
BEWARE. Refused to correct a wrongly prepared order. The food is delicious but the customer services is horrible. They don't value their customers. There is a new owner and how she handled the situation means that there is no hope. Disputing the charge on my credit card as well.

Delivery driver did not speak good English. When he arrived I could not come down to pick up the delivery, I told him to leave it at the front desk. He called me like four times after that. Once I got out of class, I called him back he brought the pizza back 10 minutes later but then, I didn't get the soda that I ordered with it. It was a bad experience for my first order from this place considering that the food was average and on the greasy side.

My pepperoni was falling off because there wasn't enough cheese to hold it on, my lemonade was delicious (please get ice because it's super sweet). Reasonable price and staff was nice.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ramp but you still have to pull the door
